1 Iustificaturic bada Fedez, dugu baque Iaincoa baithara Iesus Christ gure Iaunaz.
Therefore being accepted as righteous through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;
2 Ceinez are vkan baitugu sartze haur fedez gratia hunetara, ceinetan fermu baicaude, eta gloriatzen baicara Iaincoaren gloriaren sperançán.
through whom also we have had admission into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in the hope of the glory which God will confer.
3 Eta ez haur solament, baina are gloriatzen gara tribulationetan, daquigularic ecen tribulationeac patientia ekarten duela.
And not only so, but we rejoice in afflictions also, knowing that affliction produceth endurance,
4 Eta patientiác experientia, eta experientiac sperançá.
and endurance proof [[of faith]], and proof [[of faith giveth]] hope;
5 Eta sperançác eztu confunditzen, ceren Iaincoaren amorioa eraitsia baita gure bihotzetan eman içan çaicun Spiritu sainduaz.
and hope will not disappoint us; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which hath been given to us.
6 Ecen Christ, oraino indar gabe guinela, bere demborán infidelacgatic hil içan da.
For while we were yet without strength, in due season Christ died for the ungodly.
7 Ecen miraz iustoagatic nehor hiltzen da: baina aguian norbeit ventura leite cembeit vnguieguilegatic hiltzera.
Now hardly for a righteous man will one die; perhaps, however, for a benefactor one might even dare to die.
8 Baina certificatzen du bere charitatea gu baithara Iaincoac, ceren oraino bekatutara abandonnatuac guinela, Christ guregatic hil içan baita.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Anhitzez areago beraz orain haren odolaz iustificaturic, harçaz salbu içanen gara hiratic.
Much more then, being now accepted as righteous through his blood, we shall be saved through him from the [[coming]] wrath.
10 Ecen baldin etsay guinela reconciliatu içan bagara Iaincoagana haren Semearen herioaz, anhitzez areago reconciliaturic saluaturen gara haren viciaz.
For if while enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more having been reconciled shall we be saved by his life;
11 Eta ez haur solament baina gloriatzen-ere bagara Iaincoa baithan Iesus Christ gure Iaunaz, ceinez orain reconciliatione recebitu baitugu.
and not this only, but also having joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.
12 Halacotz, nola guiçon-batez bekatua mundura sarthu içan baita, eta bekatuaz herioa: eta halaz guiçon gucietara herioa heldu içan da, ceren guciéc bekatu eguin baituté.
So then as through one man sin entered into the world, and through sin death, and thus [[death]] came through unto all men, because all sinned—
13 Ecen Leguerano bekatua munduan cen, baina bekatua ezta imputatzen legueric eztenean
(for all the time before the Law sin was in the world; but sin is not set to one's account when there is no law.
14 Baina regnatu vkan du herioac Adamganic Moysesganano, bekaturic eguin eztutenén gainean-ere Adamen transgressionearen façoinera cein baita ethorteco cenaren figura.
Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the manner in which Adam transgressed; who is a type of him who was to come.—
15 Baina dohaina ezta offensá beçala: ecen baldin baten offensáz anhitz hil içan badirade, anhitzez areago Iaincoaren gratiá, eta guiçon-batez den gratiaren dohaina, cein baita Iesus Christ anhitzetara abondatu içan da.
But the free gift was not as the transgression. For if through the offence of the one the many died, much more hath the grace of God, and the gift which is by the grace of the one man Jesus Christ, abounded to the many.
16 Eta ezta dohaina bekatu eguin duen batez sarthu içan den gaucá beçala: ecen hoguena offensa batetaric sarthu içan da condemnationetan: baina dohaina, da anhitz offensataric iustificationetan.
And the free gift is not like what happened through one man who sinned. For sentence of condemnation followed one offence; but the free gift is a justification after many offences.
17 Ecen baldin baten offensaz herioac regnatu vkan badu, anhitzez areago iustitiazco gratiaren eta dohainaren abundantiá recebitzen dutenéc vicitzetara regnaturen duté Iesus Christ batez.
For if by one trespass death reigned through the one man, much more will they who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.)—
18 Bada nola offensa batez hoguena ethorri baita guiçon gucietara condemnationetan: hala iustificatzen gaituen iustitia batez ethorri da dohaina -ere guiçon gucietara vicitzezco iustificationetan.
As then through one trespass all men have come under condemnation, so through one act of righteousness all obtain the gift of righteousness unto life.
19 Ecen nola guiçon baten desobedientiáz, bekatore anhitz eguin içan baitirade, hala baten obedientiáz iusto anhitz eguinen dirade.
For as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so through the obedience of the one man will the many be made righteous.
20 Eta Leguea berçalde sarthu içan da handi ledinçat offensá: baina non handitu içan baita bekatua, han abundosago içan da gratiá:
Moreover the law came in in addition, that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded much more;
21 Nola regnatu baitu bekatuac heriotara, hala gratiác-ere regna leçançát iustitiaz vicitze eternaletara, Iesus Christ gure Iaunaz. (aiōnios g166)
that as sin reigned in death, so grace might reign through righteousness to everlasting life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
