1 Ahu khit nataw, koeinaakhqi, Bawipa awh zeel lah uh! Caa ka qee tlaih tlaih ham am ngak nyng. Nangmih aham loetnaak na ni a awm.
Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is no trouble to me, and is a safeguard for you.
2 Them che ak sai, pumsa awh chahhui ak qeet uikhqi awh ngaihta uh.
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision.
3 Ikawtih, ningnih ve chahhui ak qeetkhqi, Khawsa Myihla ing Khawsa ak bawk, Khrih awh zoeksang na ak awm, pumsa awh ypnaak amak ta na ni awm uhy.
For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Rukha, and rejoice in Meshikha Yeshua, and have no confidence in the flesh;
4 Vemyihkhqi awh kai ingawm ypnaak ta nyng. U ingawm pumsa awh ypnaak taak aham ak poek awhtaw, kai tak khqoet nyng;
though I myself might have confidence even in the flesh. If anyone else thinks that he has confidence in the flesh, I yet more:
5 Ak kqeet nyn awh chahhui ak qeet, Juda thlang, Benjamin ak kaw, Hebrai khuiawh Hebrai na awm nyng; anaa awi ben awh, Farasi na awm nyng;

6 thahlynaak ben awh, thlang ak thekhanaak kung na awm nyng; dyngnaak benawh coet amak kap na awm nyng.
concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, found blameless.
7 Cehlai ka hawihkhangnaak boeih boeih ce tuh awhtaw Khrih awh hlaawng boeih hawh nyng.
However, what things were gain to me, these have I counted loss for Meshikha.
8 Ce anglakawh ik-oeih ka hlaawngkhqi boeih ce ka Bawipa Jesu Khrih ang ming ing ka nyhtah awh bau khqoet hy, anih awh ik-oeih boeih boeih ce hlaawng kang hawh nyng. Cemyih khqi ce boei nani kak poek, Khrih ce hu nyng.
More than that, I count all things to be a loss compared to the far greater value of knowing Meshikha Yeshua, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Meshikha
9 Amah awh huh na ka awm naak thai aham ni, anaa awi awhkawng ak law kamah a dyngnaak am ta nyng, Khrih ak cangnaak ak caming ing ni dyngnaak ce ka taak - Khawsa ven nakaw ak law dyngnaak ingkaw cangnaak ak caming ni.
and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Meshikha, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
10 Khrih ingkaw a thawhtlaihnaak thaawmnaak ingkaw a khuikhanaak khqi awh yh pyinaak, a thihnaak awh amah amyihna coengnaak,
that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death;
11 Ikawp na awm thihnaak awhkawng thawhtlaihnaak ce huh aham ngaih nyng.
if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
12 Ak hu hawhna am ngai qu nyng, ak soep hawhna awm am ngai qu nyng; “Khrih a nim tunaak ing ang cainaak ce ka huh thai khoem awhtaw,” tinawh a hquutna hquut nyng.
Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Meshikha Yeshua.
13 Koeinaakhqi, ak hu hawhna am ngai qu nyng. Cehlai ve them pynoet ve sai nyng – hu ben nakaw ik-oeih ak awmkhqi ce hilh nawh, malam nakaw ik-oeih ak awmkhqi ce pan ing,
Brothers, I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and reaching forward to the things which are ahead,

Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, think this way. If in anything you think otherwise, God will also reveal that to you.
16 Ikawmyihna awmseiawm, ni phanaak hun awhkawng malam pan usih.
Nevertheless, to what we have attained, let us walk by the same rule, being of the same mind.
17 Koeinaakhqi, ka khawsak ak ooet na awm lah uh, nami ooet kawi kaimih awm unyng, cemyihna khawksakhqi ce toek khqi kawm uk ti.
Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example.
18 Thlang khawzah cet uhy, cehlai cekkhqi taw Khrih thinglam a qaalna awm uhy tinawh ami kawnglam ce nik kqawn pek khqi hawh nyng.
For many, of whom I have often told you, and now tell you with tears, live as enemies of the cross of Meshikha,
19 A mingmih a dytnaak taw qawknaak na awm nawh, ami Khawsa awm a mimah ak phoen ce ni, ami zoeksangnaak awm chahqai phyihnaak ni. Amik kawlungkhqi ce khawmdek them awh ta uhy.
whose end is destruction, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who think about earthly things.
20 Cehlai, ningnih taw khan ben thlang nani ni awm uh. Ningmih ing cawhkaw hulkung ce ning ngaih-u uhy, Bawipa Jesu Khrih ce,
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Yeshua Meshikha;
21 amah a sai thainaak ak caming ik-oeih boeih ak takung ing ak kaina nik awm ningnih a pumkhqi ve amah a boeimangnaak pum na coeng sak kaw.
who will transform our lowly body into the likeness of his glorious body, according to the power by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
