that whosoever believeth may in him have eternal life.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth hath eternal life. (aiōnios )
Amen, amen dico vobis: qui credit in me, habet vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world. (aiōn )

whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, whereof God spake by the mouth of his holy prophets that have been from of old. (aiōn )
quem oportet quidem cælum suscipere usque in tempora restitutionis omnium quæ locutus est Deus per os sanctorum suorum a sæculo prophetarum. (aiōn )

Notum a sæculo est Domino opus suum.] (aiōn )
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, [even] his everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse: (aïdios )
for that they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
to them that by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life: (aiōnios )
that, as sin reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
But now being made free from sin and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end eternal life. (aiōnios )
Nunc vero liberati a peccato, servi autem facti Deo, habetis fructum vestrum in sanctificationem, finem vero vitam æternam. (aiōnios )
For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōnios )
Stipendia enim peccati, mors. Gratia autem Dei, vita æterna, in Christo Jesu Domino nostro. (aiōnios )
whose are the fathers, and of whom is Christ as concerning the flesh, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
or, Who shall descend into the abyss? (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead.) (Abyssos )
(Abyssos )
For God hath shut up all unto disobedience, that he might have mercy upon all.
For of him, and through him, and unto him, are all things. To him [be] the glory for ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Now to him that is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which hath been kept in silence through times eternal, (aiōnios )
but now is manifested, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, is made known unto all the nations unto obedience of faith: (aiōnios )
to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory for ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? (aiōn )
Ubi sapiens? ubi scriba? ubi conquisitor hujus sæculi? Nonne stultam fecit Deus sapientiam hujus mundi? (aiōn )
We speak wisdom, however, among them that are fullgrown: yet a wisdom not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, who are coming to nought: (aiōn )
but we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, [even] the [wisdom] that hath been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds unto our glory: (aiōn )
which none of the rulers of this world hath known: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory: (aiōn )
Let no man deceive himself. If any man thinketh that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.
Wherefore, if meat causeth my brother to stumble, I will eat no flesh for evermore, that I cause not my brother to stumble. (aiōn )
Quapropter si esca scandalizat fratrem meum, non manducabo carnem in æternum, ne fratrem meum scandalizem. (aiōn )
Now these things happened unto them by way of example; and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.
O death, where is thy victory? O death, where is thy sting? (Hadēs )
Ubi est mors victoria tua? ubi est mors stimulus tuus? (Hadēs )
in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn [upon them].
For our light affliction, which is for the moment, worketh for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory; (aiōnios )
while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
For we know that if the earthly house of our tabernacle be dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
as it is written, He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the poor; His righteousness abideth for ever. (aiōn )
sicut scriptum est: Dispersit, dedit pauperibus: justitia ejus manet in sæculum sæculi. (aiōn )
The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed for evermore knoweth that I lie not.
who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil world, according to the will of our God and Father: (aiōn )
to whom [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
cui est gloria in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
For he that soweth unto his own flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth unto the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap eternal life.
far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: (aiōn )
wherein ye once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, of the spirit that now worketh in the sons of disobedience; (aiōn )
in quibus aliquando ambulastis secundum sæculum mundi hujus, secundum principem potestatis aëris hujus, spiritus, qui nunc operatur in filios diffidentiæ, (aiōn )
that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus: (aiōn )
ut ostenderet in sæculis supervenientibus abundantes divitias gratiæ suæ, in bonitate super nos in Christo Jesu. (aiōn )
and to make all men see what is the dispensation of the mystery which for ages hath been hid in God who created all things; (aiōn )
according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (aiōn )
secundum præfinitionem sæculorum, quam fecit in Christo Jesu Domino nostro: (aiōn )
unto him [be] the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
ipsi gloria in Ecclesia, et in Christo Jesu, in omnes generationes sæculi sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual [hosts] of wickedness in the heavenly [places].
Now unto our God and Father [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
[even] the mystery which hath been hid for ages and generations: but now hath it been manifested to his saints, (aiōn )
who shall suffer punishment, [even] eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might, (aiōnios )
qui pœnas dabunt in interitu æternas a facie Domini, et a gloria virtutis ejus: (aiōnios )
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, (aiōnios )
howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me as chief might Jesus Christ show forth all his longsuffering, for an ensample of them that should thereafter believe on him unto eternal life.
Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, [be] honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Amen. (aiōn )
Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the life eternal, whereunto thou wast called, and didst confess the good confession in the sight of many witnesses. (aiōnios )
Certa bonum certamen fidei, apprehende vitam æternam, in qua vocatus es, et confessus bonam confessionem coram multis testibus. (aiōnios )
who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom [be] honor and power eternal. Amen.
Amen. (aiōnios )
Charge them that are rich in this present world, that they be not highminded, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; (aiōn )
who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal, (aiōnios )
Therefore I endure all things for the elect’s sake, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
for Demas forsook me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
The Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will save me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )
Liberavit me Dominus ab omni opere malo: et salvum faciet in regnum suum cæleste, cui gloria in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. (aiōn )
in hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before times eternal; (aiōnios )
instructing us, to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world; (aiōn )
that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (aiōnios )
ut justificati gratia ipsius, hæredes simus secundum spem vitæ æternæ. (aiōnios )
For perhaps he was therefore parted [from thee] for a season, that thou shouldest have him for ever; (aiōnios )
hath at the end of these days spoken unto us in [his] Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds; (aiōn )
but of the Son [he saith], Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; And the sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (aiōn )
Ad Filium autem: Thronus tuus Deus in sæculum sæculi: virga æquitatis, virga regni tui. (aiōn )
as he saith also in another [place], Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
Quemadmodum et in alio loco dicit: Tu es sacerdos in æternum, secundum ordinem Melchisedech. (aiōn )
and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation; (aiōnios )
of the teaching of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
and tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come, (aiōn )
gustaverunt nihilominus bonum Dei verbum, virtutesque sæculi venturi, (aiōn )
whither as a forerunner Jesus entered for us, having become a high priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
ubi præcursor pro nobis introivit Jesus, secundum ordinem Melchisedech pontifex factus in æternum. (aiōn )
for it is witnessed [of him], Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
Contestatur enim: Quoniam tu es sacerdos in æternum, secundum ordinem Melchisedech. (aiōn )
(for they indeed have been made priests without an oath; but he with an oath by him that saith of him, The Lord sware and will not repent himself, Thou art a priest for ever); (aiōn )
but he, because he abideth for ever, hath his priesthood unchangeable.
For the law appointeth men high priests, having infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was after the law, [appointeth] a Son, perfected for evermore.
nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption.
how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish unto God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
And for this cause he is the mediator of a new covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, they that have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
else must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once at the end of the ages hath he been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

And there shall be night no more; and they need no light of lamp, neither light of sun; for the Lord God shall give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. (aiōn )
