Aionian Verses
Then all his sonnes and all his daughters rose vp to comfort him, but he woulde not be comforted, but said, Surely I will go downe into the graue vnto my sonne mourning: so his father wept for him. (Sheol )
Todos sus hijos e hijas se levantaron para consolarlo, pero él rehusó ser consolado y decía: ¡Descenderé enlutado hasta mi hijo en el Seol! Y su padre lloraba por él. (Sheol )
But he said, My sonne shall not go downe with you: for his brother is dead, and he is left alone: if death come vnto him by the way which ye goe, then ye shall bring my gray head with sorow vnto the graue. (Sheol )
Pero él respondió: Mi hijo no bajará con ustedes, pues su hermano murió y quedó él solo. Si alguna desgracia le acontece en el camino por donde van, harán descender mis canas con dolor al Seol. (Sheol )
Nowe yee take this also away from me: if death take him, then yee shall bring my graye head in sorowe to the graue. (Sheol )
Y si toman también a éste de mi presencia y le sucede alguna desgracia, harán descender mis canas con dolor al Seol. (Sheol )
Then when hee shall see that the childe is not come, he will die: so shall thy seruants bring the graye head of thy seruant our father with sorowe to the graue. (Sheol )
sucederá que cuando vea que el joven no está, morirá, y tus esclavos habrán hecho descender con dolor al Seol las canas de tu esclavo, nuestro padre. (Sheol )
But if the Lord make a newe thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallowe them vp with all that they haue, and they goe downe quicke into ye pit, then ye shall vnderstand that these men haue prouoked the Lord. (Sheol )
Pero si Yavé crea algo extraño, y la tierra abre su boca y se los traga con todas sus cosas, y descienden vivos al Seol, entonces entenderán que estos hombres despreciaron a Yavé. (Sheol )
So they and all that they had, went down aliue into the pit, and the earth couered them: so they perished from among the Congregation. (Sheol )
Y ellos, con todo lo que poseían, descendieron vivos al Seol. Los tragó la tierra y desaparecieron de en medio de la congregación. (Sheol )
For fire is kindled in my wrath, and shall burne vnto the bottome of hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountaines. (Sheol )
El fuego se encendió en Mí, Y arderá hasta las profundidades del Seol. Devorará la tierra con sus frutos, Y quemará los cimientos de las montañas. (Sheol )
The Lord killeth and maketh aliue: bringeth downe to the graue and raiseth vp. (Sheol )
Yavé mata y da vida. Él hace bajar al Seol y hace subir. (Sheol )
The sorowes of the graue compassed mee about: the snares of death ouertooke mee. (Sheol )

Doe therefore according to thy wisdome, and let thou not his hoare head go downe to the graue in peace. (Sheol )
Haz conforme a tu sabiduría, pero no permitas que sus canas desciendan en paz al Seol. (Sheol )
But thou shalt not count him innocent: for thou art a wise man, and knowest what thou oughtest to doe vnto him: therefore thou shalt cause his hoare head to goe downe to the graue with blood. (Sheol )
Pero ahora, no lo absolverás, pues eres hombre sabio, sabes cómo debes hablar con él y harás bajar sus canas con sangre al Seol. (Sheol )
As the cloude vanisheth and goeth away, so he that goeth downe to the graue, shall come vp no more. (Sheol )
Como la nube se deshace y se va, así el que baja al Seol no subirá. (Sheol )
The heauens are hie, what canst thou doe? it is deeper then the hell, how canst thou know it? (Sheol )
Es más alto que los cielos, ¿qué puedes tú hacer? Es más profundo que el Seol, ¿qué puedes tú saber? (Sheol )
Oh that thou wouldest hide me in the graue, and keepe me secret, vntill thy wrath were past, and wouldest giue me terme, and remember me. (Sheol )
¡Ojalá me escondas en el Seol mientras se aplaca tu ira, y me fijes un plazo y te acuerdes de mí! (Sheol )
Though I hope, yet the graue shall bee mine house, and I shall make my bed in the darke. (Sheol )
Si espero, yo sé que el Seol es mi habitación. En la tenebrosidad tengo extendida mi cama. (Sheol )
They shall goe downe into the bottome of the pit: surely it shall lye together in the dust. (Sheol )
Descenderá conmigo al Seol y juntos bajaremos al polvo. (Sheol )
They spend their dayes in wealth, and suddenly they go downe to the graue. (Sheol )
Sus días transcurren en prosperidad. Con tranquilidad bajan al Seol. (Sheol )
As the dry ground and heate consume the snowe waters, so shall the graue the sinners. (Sheol )
Como la sequía y el calor le roban el agua a la nieve, así hace el Seol a los que pecaron. (Sheol )
The graue is naked before him, and there is no couering for destruction. (Sheol )

For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the graue who shall prayse thee? (Sheol )

The wicked shall turne into hell, and all nations that forget God. (Sheol )

For thou wilt not leaue my soule in the graue: neither wilt thou suffer thine holy one to see corruption. (Sheol )

The sorowes of the graue haue compassed me about: the snares of death ouertooke me. (Sheol )

O Lord, thou hast brought vp my soule out of the graue: thou hast reuiued me from them that goe downe into the pit. (Sheol )

Let me not be confounded, O Lord: for I haue called vpon thee: let the wicked bee put to confusion, and to silence in the graue. (Sheol )
No sea yo avergonzado, oh Yavé, porque te invoco. ¡Sean avergonzados los malos, Bajen en silencio al Seol! (Sheol )
Like sheepe they lie in graue: death deuoureth them, and the righteous shall haue domination ouer them in the morning: for their beautie shall consume, when they shall goe from their house to graue. (Sheol )
Como un rebaño están destinados al Seol, La muerte los pastorea. Los rectos se enseñorearán de ellos por la mañana, Se consumirá su buen parecer, Y el Seol será su morada. (Sheol )
But God shall deliuer my soule from the power of the graue: for he will receiue me. (Selah) (Sheol )

Let death sense vpon them: let them goe downe quicke into the graue: for wickednes is in their dwellings, euen in the middes of them. (Sheol )

For great is thy mercie toward me, and thou hast deliuered my soule from the lowest graue. (Sheol )

For my soule is filled with euils, and my life draweth neere to the graue. (Sheol )

What man liueth, and shall not see death? shall hee deliuer his soule from the hande of the graue? (Selah) (Sheol )

When the snares of death copassed me, and the griefes of the graue caught me: when I founde trouble and sorowe. (Sheol )

If I ascende into heauen, thou art there: if I lye downe in hell, thou art there. (Sheol )

Our bones lye scattered at the graues mouth, as he that heweth wood or diggeth in the earth. (Sheol )

We wil swallow them vp aliue like a graue euen whole, as those that goe downe into the pit: (Sheol )

Her feete goe downe to death, and her steps take holde on hell. (Sheol )

Her house is the way vnto ye graue, which goeth downe to the chambers of death. (Sheol )

But he knoweth not, that ye dead are there, and that her ghestes are in the depth of hell. (Sheol )

Hell and destruction are before the Lord: how much more the hearts of the sonnes of men? (Sheol )

The way of life is on high to the prudent, to auoyde from hell beneath. (Sheol )
El prudente sube por el camino de la vida, Que lo aparta de la bajada al Seol. (Sheol )
Thou shalt smite him with the rodde, and shalt deliuer his soule from hell. (Sheol )
Lo castigarás con vara, Y librarás su alma del Seol. (Sheol )
The graue and destruction can neuer be full, so the eyes of man can neuer be satisfied. (Sheol )
El Seol y el Abadón no se sacian jamás. Así los ojos del hombre nunca se sacian. (Sheol )
The graue, and the barren wombe, the earth that cannot be satisfied with water, and the fire that sayeth not, It is ynough. (Sheol )
El Seol, la matriz estéril, La tierra, que no se harta de agua, Y el fuego, que nunca dice: ¡Basta! (Sheol )
All that thine hand shall finde to doe, doe it with all thy power: for there is neither worke nor inuention, nor knowledge, nor wisedome in the graue whither thou goest. (Sheol )
Todo lo que venga a la mano para hacer, hazlo según tus fuerzas, porque en el Seol, adonde vas, no hay obra ni trabajo, ni ciencia, ni sabiduría. (Sheol )
Set mee as a seale on thine heart, and as a signet vpon thine arme: for loue is strong as death: ielousie is cruel as the graue: the coles thereof are fierie coles, and a vehement flame. (Sheol )
Ponme como un sello sobre tu corazón, Como una marca sobre tu brazo. Porque fuerte como la muerte es el amor, Y obstinados son los celos como el Seol, Sus ascuas son carbones encendidos de fuego, La misma llama de YA. (Sheol )
Therefore hell hath inlarged it selfe, and hath opened his mouth, without measure, and their glorie, and their multitude, and their pompe, and hee that reioyceth among them, shall descend into it. (Sheol )
Por eso el Seol ensancha las partes posteriores de su paladar y abre su boca sin medida. Allá baja el esplendor de ellos, su multitud y su alborozo, y el que se regocija en ello. (Sheol )
Aske a signe for thee of the Lord thy God: aske it, either in the depth beneath or in the height aboue. (Sheol )
Pide una señal a Yavé tu ʼElohim, de lo profundo del Seol o de lo alto. (Sheol )
Hel beneath is mooued for thee to meete thee at thy comming, raising vp the deade for thee, euen all the princes of the earth, and hath raised from their thrones all the Kinges of the nations. (Sheol )
El Seol abajo se estremeció a causa de ti. Despertó a todos los potentados muertos de la tierra para que en tu llegada salieran a recibirte. Levantó de sus tronos a todos los reyes de las naciones. (Sheol )
Thy pompe is brought downe to ye graue, and the sounde of thy violes: the worme is spred vnder thee, and the wormes couer thee. (Sheol )
Tu soberbia y el sonido de tus arpas descendieron al Seol. Los gusanos hacen cama debajo de ti y te cubrirán. (Sheol )
But thou shalt bee brought downe to the graue, to the sides of the pit. (Sheol )
¡Pero fuiste derribado hasta el Seol, a las partes más profundas de la fosa! (Sheol )
Because ye haue said, We haue made a couenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement: though a scourge runne ouer, and passe through, it shall not come at vs: for we haue made falshood our refuge, and vnder vanitie are we hid, (Sheol )
Por cuanto dijeron: Hicimos un pacto con la muerte y con el Seol tenemos convenio. Cuando pase el aguacero como torrente, no llegará a nosotros, porque designamos la mentira como nuestro refugio y la falsedad como nuestro escondrijo. (Sheol )
And your couenant with death shalbe disanulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand: when a scourge shall runne ouer and passe through, then shall ye be trode downe by it. (Sheol )
Su pacto con la muerte será anulado, y su convenio con el Seol no será estable. Cuando pase el aguacero arrollador serán aplastados por él. (Sheol )
I saide in the cutting off of my dayes, I shall goe to the gates of the graue: I am depriued of the residue of my yeeres. (Sheol )
Yo dije: En lo mejor de mis días entraré por las puertas del Seol. Soy privado del resto de mis años. (Sheol )
For the graue cannot confesse thee: death cannot praise thee: they that goe downe into the pit, cannot hope for thy trueth. (Sheol )
El Seol no te exaltará, ni la muerte te alabará, ni esperarán en tu fidelidad los que bajan al sepulcro. (Sheol )
Thou wentest to the Kings with oyle, and diddest increase thine oyntments and sende thy messengers farre off, and diddest humble thy selfe vnto hell. (Sheol )
Fuiste al rey con ungüento y aumentaste tus perfumes. Enviaste a tus mensajeros lejos y los bajaste al Seol. (Sheol )
Thus saith the Lord God, In the day when he went downe to hell, I caused them to mourne, and I couered the deepe for him, and I did restreine the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: I caused Lebanon to mourne for him, and all the trees of the fielde fainted. (Sheol )
ʼAdonay Yavé dice: El día cuando baje al Seol promoveré el luto por él en el abismo. Detendré sus ríos, y las muchas aguas serán detenidas. Por él cubriré el Líbano de oscuridad, y todos los árboles del campo se desmayarán. (Sheol )
I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him downe to hell with them that descend into the pit, and all the excellent trees of Eden, and the best of Lebanon: euen all that are nourished with waters, shall be comforted in the nether partes of the earth. (Sheol )
Produciré temblor en las naciones con el estruendo de su caída, cuando lo eche al Seol con todos los que bajan a la fosa. Entonces todos los árboles bien regados del Edén y los mejores del Líbano, los más selectos y mejores del Líbano que beben aguas, serán fortalecidos en lo profundo de la tierra. (Sheol )
They also went downe to hell with him vnto them that be slaine with the sworde, and his arme, and they that dwelt vnder his shadowe in the middes of the heathen. (Sheol )
Ellos también bajarán al Seol con él, con los asesinados a espada y los que fueron su fortaleza y vivieron bajo su sombra entre las naciones. (Sheol )
The most mighty and strong shall speake to him out of the mids of hell with them that helpe her: they are gone downe and sleepe with the vncircumcised that be slaine by the sworde. (Sheol )
Los más fuertes de los poderosos de en medio del Seol, con sus ayudadores, hablarán de él: Ya cayeron y están tendidos con los incircuncisos asesinados a espada. (Sheol )
And they shall not lie with the valiant of the vncircumcised, that are fallen, which are gone down to the graue, with their weapons of warre, and haue laied their swords vnder their heads, but their iniquitie shalbe vpon their bones: because they were the feare of the mighty in the lande of the liuing. (Sheol )
No están ellos tendidos junto a los héroes caídos de los incircuncisos que bajaron al Seol con sus armas de guerra, las espadas de quienes están puestas debajo de sus cabezas, pero sus pecados quedaron puestos sobre sus huesos, porque impusieron el terror de los poderosos en la tierra de los vivientes. (Sheol )
I wil redeeme them from the power of the graue: I will deliuer them from death: O death, I wil be thy death: O graue, I will be thy destruction: repentance is hid from mine eyes. (Sheol )
¿Los libraré del poder del Seol? ¿Los redimiré de la muerte? ¿Dónde está, oh muerte, tu pestilencia? ¿Dónde, oh sepulcro, tu destrucción? La compasión estará escondida de mis ojos. (Sheol )
Though they digge into the hell, thence shall mine hande take them: though they clime vp to heauen, thence will I bring them downe. (Sheol )
Aunque caven hasta el Seol, allí los alcanzará mi mano. Aunque suban hasta el cielo, de allí los bajaré. (Sheol )
And said, I cryed in mine affliction vnto the Lord, and he heard me: out of the bellie of hell cryed I, and thou heardest my voyce. (Sheol )
y dijo: En mi angustia invoqué a Yavé, y Él me respondió. Desde el estómago del Seol pedí socorro, y Tú escuchaste mi voz. (Sheol )
Yea, in deede the proude man is as hee that transgresseth by wine: therefore shall he not endure, because he hath enlarged his desire as the hell, and is as death, and can not be satisfied, but gathereth vnto him all nations, and heapeth vnto him all people. (Sheol )
Además, el vino traiciona al arrogante, de manera que no se queda en casa. Ensancha su apetito como el Seol, y es como la muerte que nunca está satisfecha. Además, reúne a todos los pueblos y apila a todas las naciones para él. (Sheol )
But I say vnto you, whosoeuer is angry with his brother vnaduisedly, shalbe culpable of iudgment. And whosoeuer sayth vnto his brother, Raca, shalbe worthy to be punished by the Councill. And whosoeuer shall say, Foole, shalbe worthy to be punished with hell fire. (Geenna )
Pero Yo les digo que cualquiera que se enfurezca contra su hermano quedará expuesto al juicio. Cualquiera que diga a su hermano: ¡Raca! quedará expuesto ante el Tribunal Supremo, y cualquiera que diga: ¡Moré! quedará expuesto al fuego del infierno. (Geenna )
Wherefore if thy right eye cause thee to offend, plucke it out, and cast it from thee: for better it is for thee, that one of thy members perish, then that thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Geenna )
Por tanto, si tu ojo derecho te es ocasión de caer, sácalo y échalo de ti, porque más te conviene que se pierda uno de tus miembros, y no que todo tu cuerpo sea lanzado al infierno. (Geenna )
Also if thy right hand make thee to offend, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for better it is for thee that one of thy members perish, then that thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Geenna )
Si tu mano derecha te es ocasión de caer, córtala y échala de ti, pues más te conviene que se pierda uno de tus miembros, y no que todo tu cuerpo vaya al infierno. (Geenna )
And feare yee not them which kill the bodie, but are nor able to kill the soule: but rather feare him, which is able to destroy both soule and bodie in hell. (Geenna )
No teman a los que matan el cuerpo pero no pueden matar el alma. Teman más bien al que puede destruir el alma y el cuerpo en el infierno. (Geenna )
And thou, Capernaum, which art lifted vp vnto heauen, shalt be brought downe to hell: for if the great workes, which haue bin done in thee, had bene done among them of Sodom, they had remained to this day. (Hadēs )
Y tú, Cafarnaúm, ¿serás exaltada hasta el cielo? ¡Hasta el sepulcro serás abatida! Porque si en Sodoma se hubieran hecho los milagros que se hicieron en ti, habría permanecido hasta hoy. (Hadēs )
And whosoeuer shall speake a word against the Sonne of man, it shall be forgiuen him: but whosoeuer shall speake against the holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiuen him, neither in this worlde, nor in the worlde to come. (aiōn )
Cualquiera que diga una palabra contra el Hijo del Hombre, le será perdonada. Pero al que hable contra el Espíritu Santo, no le será perdonado, ni en este siglo ni en el venidero. (aiōn )
And hee that receiued the seede among thornes, is hee that heareth the woorde: but the care of this worlde, and the deceitfulnesse of riches choke the word, and he is made vnfruitfull. (aiōn )
Y el que fue sembrado entre espinas es el que oye la Palabra, pero el afán del mundo y el engaño de la riqueza ahogan la Palabra y no da fruto. (aiōn )
And the enemie that soweth them, is the deuill, and the haruest is the end of the worlde, and the reapers be the Angels. (aiōn )
El enemigo que las sembró es el diablo, la cosecha es el fin del mundo y los cosechadores son los ángeles. (aiōn )
As then the tares are gathered and burned in ye fire, so shall it be in the end of this world. (aiōn )
Por tanto, así como la cizaña es recogida y destruida con fuego, así sucederá en el fin del mundo. (aiōn )
So shall it be at the end of the world. The Angels shall goe foorth, and seuer the bad from among the iust, (aiōn )
Así será en el fin del mundo. Los ángeles saldrán, separarán a los malvados de entre los justos (aiōn )
And I say also vnto thee, that thou art Peter, and vpon this rocke I will builde my Church: and ye gates of hell shall not ouercome it. (Hadēs )
Yo también te digo que tú eres Pedro, y sobre esta roca edificaré mi iglesia, y [las] puertas del Hades no prevalecerán contra ella. (Hadēs )
Wherefore, if thy hand or thy foote cause thee to offend, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life, halt, or maimed, then hauing two hands, or two feete, to be cast into euerlasting fire. (aiōnios )
Por tanto, si tu mano o tu pie te es ocasión de caer, córtalo y échalo de ti. Es mejor entrar en la vida manco o cojo que ser echado con dos manos o dos pies en el fuego eterno. (aiōnios )
And if thine eye cause thee to offende, plucke it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, then hauing two eyes to be cast into hell fire. (Geenna )
Si tu ojo te es ocasión de caer, sácalo y échalo de ti. Mejor te es entrar tuerto en la vida que con dos ojos ser echado en el infierno de fuego. (Geenna )
And beholde, one came and sayd vnto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I doe, that I may haue eternall life? (aiōnios )
Se acercó uno y le preguntó: Maestro, ¿qué cosa buena hago para tener vida eterna? (aiōnios )
And whosoeuer shall forsake houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my Names sake, he shall receiue an hundreth folde more, and shall inherite euerlasting life. (aiōnios )
Todo el que dejó casas, hermanos, hermanas, padre, madre, hijos o granjas por causa de mi Nombre, recibirá muchas veces más y heredará la vida eterna. (aiōnios )
And seeing a figge tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaues onely, and said to it, Neuer fruite grow on thee henceforwards. And anon the figge tree withered. (aiōn )
Al ver una higuera junto al camino, fue hacia ella, pero solo halló hojas. Entonces le dijo: Nunca jamás salga fruto de ti. Y al instante la higuera se secó. (aiōn )
Wo be vnto you, Scribes and Pharises, hypocrites: for ye compasse sea and land to make one of your profession: and when he is made, ye make him two folde more the childe of hell, then you your selues. (Geenna )
¡Ay de ustedes, escribas y fariseos hipócritas! Porque para hacer un prosélito recorren el mar y la tierra, y cuando es [prosélito, lo] hacen dos veces más hijo del infierno que ustedes. (Geenna )
O serpents, the generation of vipers, howe should ye escape the damnation of hell! (Geenna )
¡Serpientes! ¡Engendros de víboras! ¿Cómo escaparán del juicio del infierno? (Geenna )
And as he sate vpon the mount of Oliues, his disciples came vnto him apart, saying, Tell vs when these things shall be, and what signe shalbe of thy comming, and of the ende of the world. (aiōn )
Cuando estaba sentado en la Montaña de Los Olivos, los discípulos se [le] acercaron en privado y [le] preguntaron: Dinos, ¿cuándo será esto? ¿Cuál es la señal de tu venida y del fin de la era? (aiōn )
Then shall he say vnto them on ye left hand, Depart from me ye cursed, into euerlasting fire, which is prepared for the deuill and his angels. (aiōnios )
También dirá a los de su izquierda: ¡Apártense de Mí, malditos! ¡[Vayan] al fuego eterno preparado para el diablo y sus ángeles! (aiōnios )
And these shall goe into euerlasting paine, and the righteous into life eternall. (aiōnios )
Éstos irán al castigo eterno, y los justos a la vida eterna. (aiōnios )
Teaching them to obserue all things, whatsoeuer I haue commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, vntill the ende of the worlde, Amen. (aiōn )

And when hee was gone out on the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I doe, that I may possesse eternall life? (aiōnios )

Then Iesus answered, and sayd to it, Neuer man eate fruite of thee hereafter while the world standeth: and his disciples heard it. (aiōn )

Then a certaine ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what ought I to doe, to inherite eternall life? (aiōnios )

Which shall not receiue much more in this world, and in the world to come life euerlasting. (aiōn , aiōnios )

Then Iesus answered, and sayd vnto them, The children of this world marry wiues, and are married. (aiōn )

But they which shalbe counted worthy to enioy that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry wiues, neither are married. (aiōn )

That whosoeuer beleeueth in him, shoulde not perish, but haue eternall life. (aiōnios )

For God so loued the worlde, that hee hath giuen his onely begotten Sonne, that whosoeuer beleeueth in him, should not perish, but haue euerlasting life. (aiōnios )

Hee that beleeueth in the Sonne, hath euerlasting life, and hee that obeyeth not the Sonne, shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him. (aiōnios )

But whosoeuer drinketh of the water that I shall giue him, shall neuer be more a thirst: but the water that I shall giue him, shalbe in him a well of water, springing vp into euerlasting life. (aiōn , aiōnios )

And he that reapeth, receiueth rewarde, and gathereth fruite vnto life eternall, that both he that soweth, and he that reapeth, might reioyce together. (aiōnios )

Verely, verely I say vnto you, he that heareth my worde, and beleeueth him that sent me, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but hath passed from death vnto life. (aiōnios )

I am that liuing breade, which came downe from heauen: if any man eate of this breade, hee shall liue for euer: and the bread that I will giue, is my flesh, which I will giue for the life of the world. (aiōn )

As thou hast giuen him power ouer all flesh, that he shoulde giue eternall life to all them that thou hast giuen him. (aiōnios )

And this is life eternall, that they knowe thee to be the onely very God, and whom thou hast sent, Iesus Christ. (aiōnios )

But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life. (aiōnios )

For the wages of sinne is death: but the gift of God is eternall life, through Iesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )

But this man, because hee endureth euer, hath a Priesthood, which cannot passe from one to another. (aiōn )

For the Law maketh men hie Priestes, which haue infirmitie: but the word of the othe that was since the Lawe, maketh the Sonne, who is consecrated for euermore. (aiōn )
