Acts 3
1 And Peter and John went up into the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth.
ಒಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಮೂರು ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೇತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಯೋಹಾನನು ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು.
2 And a certain man, being lame from his mother's womb was habitually carried, whom they placed daily at the gate of the temple called Beautiful, to ask alms of those entering into the temple;
ದೇವಾಲಯದೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗುವವರಿಂದ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡಲು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ “ಸುಂದರದ್ವಾರ” ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ದ್ವಾರದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟುಕುಂಟನೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಕೆಲವರು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
3 who seeing Peter and John about to come into the temple, asked to receive alms.
ಅವನು ಪೇತ್ರ, ಯೋಹಾನರು ದೇವಾಲಯದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡಿದನು.
4 And Peter along with John, fixing his attention on him, said, Look unto us.
ಪೇತ್ರ ಯೋಹಾನರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಭಿಕ್ಷುಕನನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿದರು. ಪೇತ್ರನು ಭಿಕ್ಷುಕನಿಗೆ, “ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡು!” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
5 And he gave attention to them, expecting to receive something from them.
ಅವರಿಂದ ಏನಾದರೂ ದೊರೆಯುವುದೆಂದು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಅವನು ಅವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನೋಡಿದನು.
6 Peter said, Silver and gold do not belong to me; but I give thee that which I have. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, walk about.
ಆಗ ಪೇತ್ರನು, “ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಜರೇತಿನ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಎದ್ದು ನಡೆ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ,
7 And taking him by the right hand he raised him up; and immediately the bottoms of his feet and his ankle-bones were strengthened.
ಬಲಗೈ ಹಿಡಿದೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಾಗ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಪಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಹರಡುಗಳು ಬಲಗೊಂಡವು.
8 And leaping out, he stood, and continued to walk around, and came into the temple with them, walking around and leaping, and praising God.
ಅವನು ಜಿಗಿದು ನಿಂತು ನಡೆದಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ, ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತಾ, ದೇವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇವಾಲಯದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದನು.
9 And all the people saw him walking round and praising God.
ಅವನು ನಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನೂ ದೇವರ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಂಡರು.
10 And they recognized him, that he was the one sitting for alms at Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with astonishment and delight at that which had happened to him.
ಅವನು ದೇವಾಲಯದ “ಸುಂದರದ್ವಾರದ” ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೇ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದರು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ವಿಸ್ಮಯಗೊಂಡು ಬೆರಗಾದರು.
11 And he holding on to Peter and John; all the people ran together to them in the porch called Solomon's, exceedingly astonished.
ಭಿಕ್ಷುಕನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಪೇತ್ರ ಯೋಹಾನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ, ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಚಕಿತರಾದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅವರಿದ್ದ “ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನ ಮಂಟಪ” ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿ ಬಂದರು.
12 And Peter seeing them, responded to the people; Israelitish men, why are you astonished at this, or why do you look upon us as having by our own power or holiness, made this man to walk about?
ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಪೇತ್ರನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳಿವು: “ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಜನರೇ, ಈ ಘಟನೆಯಿಂದ ನೀವೇಕೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಚಕಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಬಲದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ನಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವಿರಿ?
13 The God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, and the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Child, Jesus, who you indeed delivered up and denied before the face of Pilate having decided to release Him.
ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ, ಇಸಾಕನ, ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ದೇವರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರಾದ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪಿಲಾತನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀವು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ಪಿಲಾತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದಿರಿ.
14 And you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and ask that a man who was a murderer should be delivered unto you,
ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಪವಿತ್ರರೂ ನೀತಿವಂತರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ ಆ ಕೊಲೆಗಾರನನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿರಿ.
15 and you slew the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, whose witnesses we are.
ಜೀವದ ಒಡೆಯನನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೊಂದಿರಿ. ದೇವರಾದರೋ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವೇ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳು.
16 And through the faith of his name, his name hath made sound this one who you see and know, and through him faith has given unto him this soundness, in the presence of you all.
ಯೇಸುವಿನ ನಾಮದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದಲೇ ನೀವು ಕಂಡು ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಬಲಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಯೇಸುವಿನ ನಾಮವೂ ಅವರ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೂ ಇವನಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ.
17 And now, brethren, I know that you did it through ignorance, as did your rulers also;
“ಈಗ, ಪ್ರಿಯರೇ, ನೀವು ಅಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದಿರೆಂದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರೂ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
18 and those things which God proclaimed through the mouth of all the prophets that his Christ should suffer, he hath thus fulfilled.
ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ಹಿಂಸೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ದೇವರು ಮುಂತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಈ ರೀತಿ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.
19 Repent, therefore, and turn, that your sins may be blotted out, in order that seasons of soul-renewing may come from the presence of the Lord,
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳು ತೊಳೆದುಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟು, ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ. ಆಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಗಳು ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತ ದೇವರಿಂದ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ಕಾಲಗಳು ನಿಮಗೆ ಒದಗಿ ಬರುವವು.
20 and he may send forth Jesus, who has been preached unto you as the Christ,
ದೇವರು ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೇಮಕವಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವರು.
21 whom it behooves heaven indeed to receive until the times of the restitution of all things which God spoke through the mouth of all his prophets from the beginning. (aiōn g165)
ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಬಹುಕಾಲದ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ವಾಗ್ದಾನಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅವರು ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನು ಪುನಃಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು. ಆ ಕಾಲ ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇರುವರು. (aiōn g165)
22 Moses indeed said; The Lord our God will raise up to you from your brethren a prophet like unto me; Him you will hear concerning all things so many as he may speak to you.
ಮೋಶೆಯು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ: ‘ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಸಹೋದರರೊಳಗಿಂದ ನನ್ನಂಥ ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುವರು. ಅವರು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul whosoever will not hear that prophet, shall be cut off from the people.
ಆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳದಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಜನರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.’
24 And indeed all the prophets from Samuel and consecutively, so many as spoke, also proclaimed these days.
“ಸಮುಯೇಲನು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು, ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಈ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮುಂತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
25 Ye are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, In thy seed shall the families of the earth be truly blessed.
ನೀವು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ದೇವರು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರು, ‘ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯ ಮುಖಾಂತರವಾಗಿ ಭೂಲೋಕದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವುಂಟಾಗುವುದು,’ ಎಂದು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
26 To you God, having first raised up his Son, sent him blessing you, in turning each one from your sins.
ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕರಾದ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಾಗ, ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದುರ್ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮೊಟ್ಟಮೊದಲು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.”
