Psalms 46
1 To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
၁ဘုရားသခင်သည်ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာ၊ ငါတို့စွမ်းအားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဒုက္ခရောက်ချိန်၌ငါတို့အားကူမရန်အစဉ်ပင် အသင့်ရှိတော်မူ၏။
2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
၂သို့ဖြစ်၍ပထဝီမြေကြီးတုန်လှုပ်လျက် တောင်များသည်နက်ရှိုင်းရာသမုဒ္ဒရာထဲသို့ ကျလျှင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ပင်လယ်လှိုင်းတံပိုးထ၍အသံမြည်ဟည်းသဖြင့် တောင်များတုန်လှုပ်သော်လည်းကောင်းငါတို့သည် ကြောက်လန့်လိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
3 [Though] the waters thereof roar [and] be troubled, [though] the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. (Selah)

4 [There is] a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy [place] of the tabernacles of the most High.
၄ဘုရားသခင်၏မြို့တော်တည်းဟူသော အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံးဘုရားကိန်းဝပ်တော်မူရာ ဌာနတော်ကိုသာယာရွှင်လန်းစေသော မြစ်ရှိ၏။
5 God [is] in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, [and that] right early.
၅ထိုမြို့တော်သည်ဘုရားသခင်ကိန်းဝပ်တော် မူရာ ဖြစ်သဖြင့်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမပျက်စီးရ။ နေအရုဏ်တက်စအချိန်၌ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကြွလာတော်မူ၍ထိုမြို့ကိုကူမတော်မူ လိမ့်မည်။
6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
၆လူမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့သည်ထိတ်လန့်တုန်လှုပ်ကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်မိန့်မြွက်တော်မူသောအခါ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးသည်အရည်ပျော်လေ၏။
7 The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. (Selah)
၇အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါတို့နှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ်၏ဘုရားသည်ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
၈လာကြ၊ထာဝရဘုရားပြုတော်မူသော အမှုတော်တို့ကိုကြည့်ကြလော့။ ကမ္ဘာမြေပေါ်တွင်ပြုတော်မူသောအံ့သြဖွယ် အမှုအရာများကိုကြည့်ကြလော့။
9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးတွင် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများကိုငြိမ်းစေတော်မူ၏။ လေးတို့ကိုချိုး၍လှံတို့ကိုအပိုင်းပိုင်းဖြတ်ကာ ဒိုင်းတို့ကိုမီးရှို့တော်မူ၏။
10 Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်က``တိုက်ခိုက်မှုကိုရပ်စဲကြလော့၊ ငါသည်လူမျိုးတကာတို့တွင်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းလုံးတွင်လည်းကောင်း ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူသည်ကိုသိမှတ်ကြလော့'' ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
11 The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. (Selah)
၁၁အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့နှင့်အတူရှိတော်မူ၏။ ယာကုပ်၏ဘုရားသည်ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။
