< Matthew 15 >

1 Then the Pharisees and scribes came to Yeshua from Urishlim, saying,
Kalpasanna, adda sumagmamano a Pariseo ken eskriba a naggapu idiay Jerusalem nga immay kenni Jesus. Kinunada,
2 "Why do your disciples disobey the Tradition of the Elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread."
Apay a salungasingen dagiti adalam dagiti kaugalian dagiti panglakayen? Ta saanda a buggoan dagiti imada no manganda”
3 And he answered them, "Why do you also disobey the commandment of God because of your tradition?
Simmungbat ni Jesus ket kinunana kadakuada, “Ket dakayo - apay a salungasingenyo ti bilin ti Dios maigapu laeng kadagiti kaugalianyo?
4 For God said, 'Honor your father and your mother,' and, 'He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.'
Ta kinuna ti Dios, 'Raemem da amam ken inam, ken 'Awan duadua a matayto ti agsao iti dakes iti ama ken inana.
5 But you say, 'Whoever may tell his father or his mother, "Whatever help you might otherwise have gotten from me is a gift devoted to God,"
Ngem kinunayo, 'Siasinoman a mangibaga iti ama wenno inana, “Aniaman a tulong a maawatyo manipud kaniak ket sagut a maiteden iti Dios,'”
6 he is not to honor his father or his mother.' You have made the word of God void because of your tradition.
dayta a tao ket saanen a masapul a raemenna ti amana. Iti daytoy a wagas, inaramidyon nga awan bileg ti sao ti Dios gapu laeng kadagiti kaugalianyo.
7 You hypocrites. Well did Eshaya prophesy of you, saying,
Dakayo nga managinsisingpet, pudno ti impadto ni Isaias maipanggep kadakayo idi imbagana,
8 'These people honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
'Dayawendak dagitoy a tattao babaen kadagiti bibigda ngem adayo ti pusoda kaniak.
9 And in vain do they worship me, teaching instructions that are the commandments of humans.'"
Awan serserbi ti panagdaydayawda kaniak, gapu ta isursuroda a dagiti bilbilin nga inaramid ti tao ket sursuro a rumbeng a matungpal.'”
10 He summoned the crowd, and said to them, "Hear, and understand.
Kalapasanna, inayabanna dagiti adu a tao ket kinunana kadakuada, “Denggen ken panunotenyo a naimbag -
11 That which enters into the mouth does not defile the person; but that which proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the person."
Awan ti umuneg iti ngiwat a makatulaw iti tao. Ngem ketdi, no ania ti rummuar iti ngiwat, daytoy ti mangtulaw iti tao.”
12 Then the disciples came, and said to him, "Do you know that the Pharisees were offended, when they heard this saying?"
Ket immasideg dagiti adalan ket kinunada kenni Jesus, “Ammom kadi a narurod dagiti Pariseo idi nangngeganda daytoy nga insaom?”
13 But he answered, "Every plant which my heavenly Father did not plant will be uprooted.
Simmungbat ni Jesus ket kinunana, “Tunggal mula a saan nga inmula ti Amak nga adda sadi langit ket maparutto.
14 Leave them alone. They are blind guides of the blind. If the blind guide the blind, both will fall into a pit."
Bay-anyo ida, bulsekda a mangidaldalan. No idalan ti maysa a bulsek a tao ti sabali pay a bulsek a tao, agpadadanto a matnag iti abut.”
15 And answering, Kipha said to him, "Explain this parable to us."
Simmungbat ni Pedro ket kinunana kenni Jesus, “Ilawlawagmo daytoy a pangngarig kadakami.”
16 So he said, "Do you also still not understand?
Kinuna ni Jesus, “Awan kadi pay laeng met ti pannakaawatyo?
17 Do you not understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the belly, and then out of the body?
Saanyo kadi a makita nga aniaman a sumrek iti ngiwat ket magna iti tian ket kalpasanna rummuar a mapan iti kasilias?
18 But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the person.
Ngem dagiti banbanag a rummuar iti ngiwat ket nagtaud manipud iti puso. Dagitoy dagiti banbanag a mangtulaw iti tao.
19 For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.
Ta agtaud iti puso dagiti dakes a kapanunotan, pammapatay, pannakikamalala, kinaderrep, panagtakaw, saan a pudno a panangpaneknek, ken panangpadakes.
20 These are the things which defile the person; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the person."
Dagitoy dagiti banbanag a mangtulaw iti tao. Ngem ti saan a panagbuggo sakbay a mangan ket saan a pakatulawan ti tao.”
21 Yeshua went out from there, and withdrew into the region of Tsur and Tsaidan.
Kalpasanna, pimmanaw ni Jesus sadiay, ket immadayo a nagturong kadagiti rehion dagiti siudad ti Tiro ken Sidon.
22 And look, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders, and started shouting, saying, "Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of Dawid. My daughter is severely demonized."
Ket pagammoan, adda maysa a babai a Canaanita manipud iti dayta a rehion nga immay. Nagpukkaw ket kinunana, “Maasika kaniak, Apo a putot ni David; kasta unay ti panangparigat ti demonio iti anakko.”
23 But he did not answer her a word. His disciples came and pleaded with him, saying, "Send her away, for she keeps shouting at us."
Ngem awan a pulos ti insungbat ni Jesus kenkuana. Immasideg dagiti adalanna ket nagpakpakaasida kenkuana, kinunada, “Paadaywem isuna ta agpukpukkaw isuna a sumursurot kadatayo.”
24 But he answered, "I was not sent to anyone but the lost sheep of the house of Israyel."
Ngem simmungbat ni Jesus ket kinunana, “Saanak a naibaon iti siasinoman malaksid iti napukaw a karnero iti balay ti Israel.”
25 But she came and worshiped him, saying, "Lord, help me."
Ngem immasideg isuna ket nagparintumeng iti sangoananna, kinunana, “Apo, tulongannak.”
26 But he answered, "It is not appropriate to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs."
Simmungbat isuna ket kinunana, “Saan a nainkalintegan nga alaen ti tinapay dagiti ubbing sa ipurruak kadagiti uken.”
27 But she said, "Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters' table."
Kinuna ti babai, “Wen Apo, ngem uray dagiti uken ket kanenda dagiti murkat a maregreg manipud iti lamisaan ti amoda.”
28 Then Yeshua answered her, "Woman, great is your faith. Be it done to you even as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that hour.
Simmungbat ni Jesus ket kinunana kenkuana, “Babai, nagdakkel ti pammatim. Maaramid kenka a kas iti kiddawmo.” Ket immimbag ti anakna a babai iti dayta met la nga oras.
29 Yeshua departed there, and came near to the lake of Galila; and he went up into the mountain, and sat there.
Pimmanaw ni Jesus iti dayta a lugar ket napan iti asideg ti Baybay ti Galilea. Ket simmang-at iti maysa a turod ket nagtugaw sadiay.
30 Large crowds came to him, having with them the lame, blind, mute, crippled, and many others, and they put them down at his feet; and he healed them.
Adu a tattao ti napan kenkuana. Nangiyegda kadagiti pilay, bulsek, umel, lugpi a tattao, ken adu pay a masakit. Inyegda ida iti sakaanan ni Jesus, ket pinaimbagna ida.
31 So the crowd was amazed when they saw the mute speaking, crippled healthy, lame walking, and blind seeing—and they glorified the God of Israyel.
Isu a nagsiddaaw dagiti adu a tattao idi makasaon dagiti umel, immimbag dagiti lugpi, makapagnan dagiti pilay ken makakitan dagiti bulsek. Indaydayawda ti Dios ti Israel.
32 Yeshua summoned the disciples and said, "I have compassion on the crowd, because they continue with me now three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away fasting, or they might faint on the way."
Inayaban ni Jesus dagiti adalanna ket kinunana, “Maasianak kadagiti adu a tattao gapu ta tallon nga aldaw a nakikaduada kaniak ket awan ti kanenda. Saanko a kayat a papanawen ida a saan a nangan, ta no saan mabalin a matalimudaw iti dalan.”
33 Then the disciples said to him, "Where should we get so many loaves in a deserted place as to satisfy so great a crowd?"
Kinuna dagiti adalan kenkuana, “Sadino ti pangalaanmi iti tinapay nga umanay a mangpennek kadagiti nakaad-adu a tattao iti kastoy a let-ang?”
34 Yeshua said to them, "How many loaves do you have?" They said, "Seven, and a few small fish."
Kinuna ni Jesus kadakuada, “Mano a tinapay ti adda kadakayo?” Kinunada, “Pito, ken sumagmamano a babassit a lames.”
35 He commanded the crowd to sit down on the ground;
Kalpasanna, binilin ni Jesus dagiti adu a tattao nga agtugaw iti daga.
36 and he took the seven loaves and the fish. He gave thanks and broke them, and gave to the disciples, and the disciples to the crowds.
Innalana ti pito a tinapay ken ti lames, ket kalpasan a nagyaman, pinisipisina dagiti tinapay ket intedna dagitoy kadagiti adalan. Inted dagiti adalan dagitoy kadagiti adu a tattao.
37 They all ate, and were filled. They took up seven baskets full of the broken pieces that were left over.
Nangan ken napnek amin dagiti tattao. Ket inurnongda dagiti taraon a natedda manipud kadagiti napisipisi, ket adda napunno a pito a labba.
38 Those who ate were four thousand men, besides women and children.
Dagidiay a nangan ket uppat a ribu a lallaki, malaksid kadagiti babbai ken ubbing.
39 Then he sent away the crowds, got into the boat, and came into the borders of Magdu.
Kalpasanna, pinagawid ni Jesus dagiti adu a tattao ken limmugan iti bangka ket napan iti rehion ti Magadan.
