< Psalms 123 >

1 A song of ascents. I Lift up my eyes to you, who are throned in the heavens.
Kasang laa. Vannawk ah kaom, nang khaeah ka mik padai tahang.
2 As the eyes of a servant turn to the hand of his master, or the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so do our eyes turn to the Lord our God, until he is gracious to us.
Tamnanawk mah angmacae angraeng ih ban to khet o moe, tamna nongpatanawk mah angmacae angraeng nongpata ih ban to khet o baktih toengah, a palungnathaih aicae khaeah amtuengsak ai karoek to, aicae loe aimacae Angraeng Sithaw to a khet o.

Kaicae nuiah palungnathaih tawn ah, Aw Angraeng, kaicae nuiah palungnathaih tawn ah; kaicae loe minawk mah hnaphnae ih kami ah ka oh o boeh.
