< Psalms 15 >

1 A psalm of David. Lord, who can be guest in your tent? Who may live on your holy mountain?
David ih Saam laa. Angraeng, mi maw na ohhaih kahni im ah om tih? Mi maw nang ih kaciiim mae ah om tih?
2 The person whose walk is blameless, whose conduct is right, whose words are true and sincere;
Katoeng ah caeh kami, toenghaih hmuen sah kami, palung thung hoi toenghaih lokthui kami,
3 on whose tongue there sits no slander, who will not harm a friend,
palai hoi kami pronghaih lok thui vai ai kami, angmah imtaeng kami khaeah kahoih ai hmuen sah vai ai kami, angmah imtaeng kami ahminsae thui vai ai kami,
4 nor cruelly insult a neighbour, who regards with contempt those rejected by God; but honours those who obey the Lord, who keeps an oath, whatever the cost,
kasae kami to panuet moe, Angraeng zithaih tawn kaminawk khingyahaih paek kami, angmah han sethaih om langlacadoeh a lokkamhaih baktih toengah poek amkhrai ai kami,
5 whose money is lent without interest, and never takes a bribe to hurt the innocent. The person who does these things will always stand firm.
