2 Timothy 1
1 Paul an apostle of Christ Jesus through [the] will of God according to [the] promise of life in Christ Jesus
Павел, с Божията воля апостол Исус Христов, за прогласяване обещания живот, който е в Христа Исуса.
2 To Timothy [my] beloved child: Grace, mercy, [and] peace from God [the] Father and Christ Jesus the Lord of us.
до Тимотея, възлюбленото ми чадо: Благодат, милост, мир да бъде с тебе от Бога Отца и от Христа Исуса, нашия Господ.
3 Thankful I am to God, whom I serve from [my] forefathers with a pure conscience, as unceasingly I have the of you remembrance in the prayers of mine night and day
Благодаря Богу, Комуто още от прародителите си служа с чиста съвест, като непрестанно те споменавам в молитвите си,
4 longing you to see, having yourself recalled your tears, so that with joy I may be filled
и, като си спомням сълзите ти, копнея нощем и денем да те видя, за да се изпълня с радост.
5 remembrance (having taken *N+kO) of the within you sincere faith, which dwelt first in the grandmother of you Lois and in the mother of you Eunice, I have been persuaded now that also [it is] in you.
Понеже ми е напомнено за твоята нелицемерна вяра, която първо се намираше в баба ти Лоида и в майка ти Евникия, а както съм уверен, и в тебе.
6 For this reason I remind you to kindle anew the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of the hands of mine;
По тая причина ти напомням да разпалваш дарбата от Бога, която имаш от Бога, която имаш чрез полагането на моите ръце.
7 Not for has given us God a spirit of cowardice but of power and of love and of self-control.
Защото Бог ни е дал дух не от страх, а на сила, любов и себевладение.
8 Not therefore you may be ashamed of the testimony of the Lord of us nor of me myself the prisoner of Him, but do suffer together for the gospel according to [the] power of God
И тъй, не се срамувай да свидетелствуваш за нашия Господ, нито се срамувай от мене
9 the [One who] having saved us and having called [us] with a calling holy, not according to the works of us but according to [His] own purpose and grace which having been given us in Christ Jesus before time eternal, (aiōnios g166)
Който ни е спасил и призвал със своето призвание, не според нашите дела, а според Своето намерение и според благодатта, дадена нам в Христа Исуса преди вечните времена, (aiōnios g166)
10 having been made manifest also now through the appearing of the Savior of us Christ Jesus, having abolished indeed death, having brought to light however life and immortality through the gospel,
а, която сега откри чрез явлението на нашия Спасител Христос Исус, Който унищожи смъртта и осия живот и безсмъртие чрез благовестието,
11 to which was appointed I myself a herald and an apostle and a teacher (of gentiles; *KO)
на което аз бях поставен проповедник, апостол и учител;
12 For this reason also these things I suffer, But not I am ashamed; I know for in whom I have believed and I have been persuaded that able He is the entrusted deposit of mine to guard for that [very] day.
за която причина и страдам това. Но не се срамувам; защото зная в кого съм повярвал, и съм уверен, че Той е силен да упази оня ден онова, което съм му поверил.
13 [The] pattern do retain of sound words which from me you did hear in [the] faith and love that [are] in Christ Jesus;
Дръж образеца на здравите думи, които си чул от мене, във вяра и любов, която е в Христа Исуса.
14 The good (entrusted deposit *N+kO) do keep through [the] Spirit Holy who is dwelling in us.
Онова добро нещо, което ти е поверено, упази чрез светия Дух, който живее в нас.
15 You know this, that turned away from me all those in Asia, among whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.
Ти знаеш това, че всички, които са в Азия, се отвърнаха от мене, от които са Фигел и Ермоген.
16 would grant mercy the Lord to the of Onesiphorus household; because often me he refreshed and the chain of mine not (he was ashamed of, *N+kO)
Господ да покаже милост към дома на Онисифора, защото тъй много пъти ме освежаваше, и не се засрами от оковите ми,
17 But having arrived in Rome (earnestly *N+kO) he sought out me and found [me];
но когато беше в Рим, потърси ме старателно и ме намери.
18 would grant unto him the Lord to find mercy from [the] Lord in that [very] day! And how much in Ephesus he served very well you yourself know.
Господ да му даде да намери милост пред Господа в оня ден; а колко служеше в Ефес, ти знаеш твърде добре.
