Job 9
1 And he answered Job and he said.
Allora Giobbe rispose e disse:
2 Truly I know that thus and what? will he be justified a person with God.
“Sì, certo, io so ch’egli e così; e come sarebbe il mortale giusto davanti a Dio?
3 If someone desires to conduct a case with him not he will answer him one [time] from a thousand.
Se all’uomo piacesse di piatir con Dio, non potrebbe rispondergli sovra un punto fra mille.
4 Wise of heart and strong of power who? has he shown stubbornness to him and he has remained unharmed.
Dio è savio di cuore, è grande in potenza; chi gli ha tenuto fronte e se n’è trovato bene?
5 The [one who] removes mountains and not they know [the one] who he overturns them in anger his.
Egli trasporta le montagne senza che se ne avvedano, nel suo furore le sconvolge.
6 The [one who] shakes [the] earth from place its and pillars its they tremble!
Egli scuote la terra dalle sue basi, e le sue colonne tremano.
7 The [one who] speaks to the sun and not it shines and behind [the] stars he puts a seal.
Comanda al sole, ed esso non si leva; mette un sigillo sulle stelle.
8 [one who] stretches out [the] heavens To only him and [one who] treads on [the] high places of [the] sea.
Da solo spiega i cieli, e cammina sulle più alte onde del mare.
9 [one who] makes [the] Bear Orion and Pleiades and [the] chambers of [the] south.
E’ il creatore dell’Orsa, d’Orione, delle Pleiadi, e delle misteriose regioni del cielo australe.
10 [one who] does Great [things] until there not [is] inquiry and wonders until there not [is] number.
Egli fa cose grandi e imperscrutabili, maraviglie senza numero.
11 There! he will pass by at me and not I will see [him] and he may pass on and not I will perceive him.
Ecco, ei mi passa vicino, ed io nol veggo; mi scivola daccanto e non me n’accorgo.
12 There! he will snatch away who? will he turn back him who? will he say to him what? are you doing.
Ecco afferra la preda, e chi si opporrà? Chi oserà dirgli: “Che fai?”
13 God not he will turn back anger his (under him *Qk) they lay prostrate [the] helpers of Rahab.
Iddio non ritira la sua collera; sotto di lui si curvano i campioni della superbia.
14 Indeed? for I I will answer him I will choose words my with him.
E io, come farei a rispondergli, a sceglier le mie parole per discuter con lui?
15 [I] who Though I am righteous not I will answer to judge my I will seek favor.
Avessi anche ragione, non gli replicherei, ma chiederei mercé al mio giudice.
16 If I called and he answered me not I believe that he gave ear to voice my.
S’io lo invocassi ed egli mi rispondesse, non però crederei che avesse dato ascolto alla mia voce;
17 [he] who With a storm he crushes me and he increases wounds my without cause.
egli che mi piomba addosso dal seno della tempesta, che moltiplica senza motivo le mie piaghe,
18 Not he permits me to bring back breath my for he surfeits me bitter things.
che non mi lascia riprender fiato, e mi sazia d’amarezza.
19 If to power a strong [one] there! and if to justice who? will he summon me.
Se si tratta di forza, ecco, egli è potente; se di diritto, ei dice: “Chi mi fisserà un giorno per comparire”?
20 Though I am righteous own mouth my it will condemn as guilty me [am] blameless I and it declared guilty me.
Fossi pur giusto, la mia bocca stessa mi condannerebbe; fossi pure integro, essa mi farebbe dichiarar perverso.
21 [am] blameless I not I know self my I reject life my.
Integro! Sì, lo sono! di me non mi preme, io disprezzo la vita!
22 [is] one It there-fore I say [the] blameless and [the] wicked he [is] bringing to an end.
Per me è tutt’uno! perciò dico: “Egli distrugge ugualmente l’integro ed il malvagio.
23 If a scourge it kills suddenly [the] despair of innocent [ones] he mocks.
Se un flagello, a un tratto, semina la morte, egli ride dello sgomento degli innocenti.
24 A land - it has been given in [the] hand of a wicked [person] [the] face of judges its he covers if not then who? [is] it.
La terra è data in balìa dei malvagi; ei vela gli occhi ai giudici di essa; se non è lui, chi è dunque”?
25 And days my they have been swift more than a runner they have fled not they have seen good.
E i miei giorni se ne vanno più veloci d’un corriere; fuggono via senz’aver visto il bene;
26 They have passed on with ships of reed like an eagle [which] it rushes on food.
passan rapidi come navicelle di giunchi, come l’aquila che piomba sulla preda.
27 If to say I I will forget complaint my I will let loose face my and I will be cheerful.
Se dico: “Voglio dimenticare il mio lamento, deporre quest’aria triste e rasserenarmi”,
28 I dread all pains my I know that not you will acquit me.
sono spaventato di tutti i miei dolori, so che non mi terrai per innocente.
29 I I will be guilty why? this vanity will I labor.
Io sarò condannato; perché dunque affaticarmi invano?
30 If I washed myself (in water of *QK) snow and I cleansed with potash hands my.
Quand’anche mi lavassi con la neve e mi nettassi le mani col sapone,
31 Then in pit you will dip me and they will abhor me own clothes my.
tu mi tufferesti nel fango d’una fossa, le mie vesti stesse m’avrebbero in orrore.
32 For not [he is] a human like me I will answer him we will come together in judgment.
Dio non è un uomo come me, perch’io gli risponda e che possiam comparire in giudizio assieme.
33 Not there between us [is] an arbiter he may put hand his on [the] two of us.
Non c’è fra noi un arbitro, che posi la mano su tutti e due!
34 Let him remove from on me rod his and dread his may not it terrify me.
Ritiri Iddio d’addosso a me la sua verga; cessi dallo spaventarmi il suo terrore;
35 I will speak and not I will fear him for not [am] thus I with myself.
allora io parlerò senza temerlo, giacché sento di non essere quel colpevole che sembro.
