2 Chronicles 23
1 and in/on/with year [the] seventh to strengthen: strengthen Jehoiada and to take: take [obj] ruler [the] hundred to/for Azariah son: child Jeroham and to/for Ishmael son: child Jehohanan and to/for Azariah son: child Obed and [obj] Maaseiah son: child Adaiah and [obj] Elishaphat son: child Zichri with him in/on/with covenant
Uti sjunde årena tog Jojada dristighet till sig, och tog med sig i förbund de öfversta öfver hundrade, nämliga Asaria, Jerohams son, Ismael, Johanans son, Asaria, Obeds son, Maaseja, Adaja son, och Elisaphat, Sichri son.
2 and to turn: turn in/on/with Judah and to gather [obj] [the] Levi from all city Judah and head: leader [the] father to/for Israel and to come (in): come to(wards) Jerusalem
De foro omkring Juda, och hade de Leviter tillhopa utur alla Juda städer, och de öfversta fäderna i Israel; och de kommo till Jerusalem.
3 and to cut: make(covenant) all [the] assembly covenant in/on/with house: temple [the] God with [the] king and to say to/for them behold son: descendant/people [the] king to reign like/as as which to speak: speak LORD upon son: descendant/people David
Och hela menigheten gjorde ett förbund i Guds hus med Konungenom; och han sade till dem: Si, Konungens son skall Konung vara, såsom Herren sagt hafver, öfver Davids barn.
4 this [the] word: thing which to make: do [the] third from you to come (in): come [the] Sabbath to/for priest and to/for Levi to/for gatekeeper [the] threshold
Så skolen I nu alltså göra: tredjedelen af eder, som på Sabbathsdagenom uppå gå, skola vara ibland de Prester och Leviter, som dörravaktare äro vid dörrarna;
5 and [the] third in/on/with house: home [the] king and [the] third in/on/with gate [the] (Gate of the) Foundation and all [the] people in/on/with court house: temple LORD
Tredjedelen i Konungshuset, och tredjedelen vid grundvalsdörrena; men allt folket skall vara i gårdenom till Herrans hus.
6 and not to come (in): come house: temple LORD that if: except if: except [the] priest and [the] to minister to/for Levi they(masc.) to come (in): come for holiness they(masc.) and all [the] people to keep: obey charge LORD
Och att ingen går uti Herrans hus, utan Presterna och Leviterna, som tjena, de skola gå derin; förty de äro helige; och allt folket vakte Herrans vakt.
7 and to surround [the] Levi [obj] [the] king around man: anyone and article/utensil his in/on/with hand his and [the] to come (in): come to(wards) [the] house: home to die and to be with [the] king in/on/with to come (in): come he and in/on/with to come out: come he
Och Leviterna skola gifva sig omkring Konungen, hvar och en med sine värjo i handene; och hvilken som går in i huset, han dräpes; och de skola vara när Konungenom, då han går ut och in.
8 and to make: do [the] Levi and all Judah like/as all which to command Jehoiada [the] priest and to take: bring man: anyone [obj] human his to come (in): come [the] Sabbath with to come out: come [the] Sabbath for not to separate Jehoiada [the] priest [obj] [the] division
Och Leviterna, med hela Juda, gjorde såsom Presten Jojada budit hade. Och hvar och en tog sina män, som på Sabbathen uppå gingo, med dem som på Sabbathen af gingo: ty Presten Jojada lät icke komma de två hoparna ifrå hvarannan.
9 and to give: give Jehoiada [the] priest to/for ruler [the] hundred [obj] [the] spear and [obj] [the] shield and [obj] [the] shield which to/for king David which house: temple [the] God
Och Presten Jojada fick öfverstarna öfver hundrade spetsar och sköldar, och Konung Davids vapen, som i Guds hus voro:
10 and to stand: appoint [obj] all [the] people and man: anyone missile his in/on/with hand his from shoulder [the] house: home [the] right: south till shoulder [the] house: home [the] left: north to/for altar and to/for house: home upon [the] king around
Och ställde allt folket, hvar och en med sine värjo i handene, ifrå det högra hörnet i husena allt intill det venstra hörnet, till altaret, och till huset omkring Konungen.
11 and to come out: send [obj] son: child [the] king and to give: put upon him [obj] [the] consecration: crown and [obj] [the] testimony and to reign [obj] him and to anoint him Jehoiada and son: child his and to say to live [the] king
Och de hade fram Konungens son, och satte krono uppå honom, och vittnesbördet, och gjorde honom till Konung. Och Jojada med hans söner smorde honom, och sade: Lycka ske Konungenom.
12 and to hear: hear Athaliah [obj] voice: sound [the] people [the] to run: run and [the] to boast: praise [obj] [the] king and to come (in): come to(wards) [the] people house: temple LORD
Då Athalia hörde ropet af folket, som tillopp och lofvade Konungen, gick hon till folket i Herrans hus;
13 and to see: see and behold [the] king to stand: stand upon pillar his in/on/with entrance and [the] ruler and [the] trumpet upon [the] king and all people [the] land: country/planet glad and to blow in/on/with trumpet and [the] to sing in/on/with article/utensil [the] song and to know to/for to boast: praise and to tear Athaliah [obj] garment her and to say conspiracy conspiracy
Och hon fick se, och si, Konungen stod i sitt rum i ingångenom, och öfverstarna och trummeterna omkring Konungen; och allt landsfolket var gladt, och blåste med trummeter, och sångarena med allahanda strängaspel skickade till att lofva. Då ref hon sin kläder, och sade: Uppror, uppror.
14 and to come out: send Jehoiada [the] priest [obj] ruler [the] hundred to reckon: overseer [the] strength: soldiers and to say to(wards) them to come out: send her to(wards) from house: home [the] rank and [the] to come (in): come after her to die in/on/with sword for to say [the] priest not to die her house: temple LORD
Men Presten Jojada drog sig ut med de öfversta öfver hundrade, som öfver hären voro, och sade till dem: Hafver henne utu huset i gården; och hvilken henne efterföljer, honom skall man dräpa med svärd. Förty Presten hade befallt, att man icke skulle dräpa henne i Herrans hus.
15 and to set: put to/for her hand and to come (in): come to(wards) entrance gate [the] horse house: home [the] king and to die her there
Och de togo fatt på henne. Och då hon kom till hästaportens ingång, vid Konungshuset, dråpo de henne der.
16 and to cut: make(covenant) Jehoiada covenant between him and between all [the] people and between [the] king to/for to be to/for people to/for LORD
Och Jojada gjorde ett förbund emellan sig, och allt folket, och Konungen, att de skulle vara Herrans folk.
17 and to come (in): come all [the] people house: home [the] Baal and to tear him and [obj] altar his and [obj] image his to break and [obj] Mattan priest [the] Baal to kill to/for face: before [the] altar
Då gick allt folket uti Baals hus, och bröto det neder, och slogo sönder hans altare och beläte, och slogo ihjäl Matthan, Baals Prest, inför altaret.
18 and to set: put Jehoiada punishment house: temple LORD in/on/with hand: power [the] priest [the] Levi which to divide David upon house: temple LORD to/for to ascend: offer up burnt offering LORD like/as to write in/on/with instruction Moses in/on/with joy and in/on/with song upon hand: power David
Och Jojada beställde ämbeten i Herrans hus, under Presterna, Leviterna, som David förskickat hade till Herrans hus, till att göra bränneoffer Herranom, såsom skrifvet står i Mose lag, med fröjd och sånger, som David diktat hade;
19 and to stand: stand [the] gatekeeper upon gate house: temple LORD and not to come (in): come unclean to/for all word: thing
Och ställde dörravaktare vid dörrarna åt Herrans hus, att der skulle intet orent inkomma i någon måtto.
20 and to take: take [obj] ruler [the] hundred and [obj] [the] great and [obj] [the] to rule in/on/with people and [obj] all people [the] land: country/planet and to go down [obj] [the] king from house: temple LORD and to come (in): come in/on/with midst gate [the] high house: home [the] king and to dwell [obj] [the] king upon throne [the] kingdom
Och han tog de öfversta öfver hundrade, och de mägtiga, och herrarna i folkena, och allt landsfolket, och hade Konungen neder ifrå Herrans hus; och förde honom in genom den höga porten af Konungshuset, och läto Konungen sätta sig på Konungsstolen.
21 and to rejoice all people [the] land: country/planet and [the] city to quiet and [obj] Athaliah to die in/on/with sword
Och allt landsfolket, var gladt, och staden var stilla; men Athalja varat dråpen med svärd.
