Deuteronomy 11
1 Therfor loue thi Lord God, and kepe thou hise comaundementis and cerymonyes, domes and heestis, in al tyme.
Amarás pues a Jehová tu Dios, y guardarás su observancia, y sus estatutos y sus derechos, y sus mandamientos todos los días.
2 Knowe ye to day tho thingis whiche youre sones knowen not, `whiche sones sien not the doctryn of youre Lord God, hise grete dedis, and strong hond, and `arm holdun forth,
Y sepáis hoy, que no hablo con vuestros hijos, que no han sabido ni visto el castigo de Jehová vuestro Dios, su grandeza, su mano fuerte, y su brazo extendido:
3 myraclis and werkis, whiche he dide `in the myddis of Egipt to Farao, kyng, and to al `the lond of hym, and to al the oost of Egipcians,
Y sus señales, y sus hechos que hizo en medio de Egipto a Faraón rey de Egipto, y a toda su tierra.
4 and to horsis, and carris; hou the watris of the reed see hiliden hem, whanne thei pursueden you, and the Lord `dide awei hem `til in to `present dai;
Y lo que hizo al ejército de Egipto, a sus caballos, y a sus carros, que hizo ondear las aguas del mar Bermejo sobre sus faces cuando vinieron en pos de vosotros, y Jehová los destruyó hasta hoy.
5 and whiche thingis the Lord dide to you in wildernesse, til ye camen to this place;
Y lo que ha hecho con vosotros en el desierto hasta que habéis llegado a este lugar.
6 and to Dathan and Abiron, `the sones of Heliab, that was `the sone of Ruben, whiche the erthe swolewide, whanne his mouth was openyd, with `the housis and tabernaclis, and al the catel `of hem which thei hadden, in the myddis of Israel.
Y lo que hizo con Datán y Abirón, hijos de Eliab, hijo de Rubén, que abrió la tierra su boca, y tragó a ellos y a sus casas, y sus tiendas, y toda la hicienda, que tenían en pie en medio de todo Israel.
7 Youre iyen sien alle the grete werkis of the Lord,
Mas vuestros ojos han visto todos los grandes hechos que Jehová ha hecho.
8 whiche he dide, that ye kepe alle hise heestis whiche Y comaunde to dai to you, and that ye moun entre, and welde the lond,
Guardád pues todos los mandamientos, que yo os mando hoy, para que seáis esforzados, y entréis, y heredéis la tierra, a la cual pasáis para heredarla;
9 to which ye schulen entre, and ye lyue therynne in myche time; which lond, flowynge with mylk and hony, the Lord bihiyte vndur an ooth to youre fadris and to `the seed of hem.
Y porque os sean prolongados los días sobre la tierra, que juró Jehová a vuestros padres que había de dar a ellos y a su simiente, tierra que corre leche y miel.
10 For the lond, to which thou schalt entre to welde, is not as the lond of Egipt, `out of which thou yedist, where whanne the seed is cast in the maner of gardyns, moist waters ben led;
Que la tierra a la cual entras para heredarla, no es como la tierra de Egipto, de donde habéis salido, que sembrabas tu simiente, y regabas con tu pie, como huerto de legumbres.
11 but it is hilli, and feldi, and abidith reynes fro heuene,
La tierra a la cual pasáis para heredarla, es tierra de montes y de vegas: de la lluvia del cielo has de beber las aguas.
12 which lond thi Lord God biholdith, and hise iyen ben therynne, fro the bigynnyng of the yeer `til to the ende therof.
Tierra que Jehová tu Dios la procura: siempre están sobre ella los ojos de Jehová tu Dios desde el principio del año hasta el cabo del año.
13 Therfor if ye schulen obeie to myn heestis whiche Y comaunde to dai to you, that ye loue youre Lord God, and serue hym in al youre herte, and in al youre soule;
Y será que si obedeciendo obedeciereis a mis mandamientos, que yo os mando hoy, amando a Jehová vuestro Dios, y sirviéndole con todo vuestro corazón, y con toda vuestra alma,
14 he schal yyue to youre lond reyn tymeful and late, that ye gadere wheete, and wyn, and oile,
Yo daré la lluvia de vuestra tierra en su tiempo, temprana y tardía, y cogerás tu grano, y tu vino, y tu aceite.
15 hey of the feeldis to feede beestis, that ye bothe ete and be fillid.
Y daré yerba en tu campo para tus bestias, y comerás y hartarte has.
16 Be ye war, lest perauenture youre herte be disseyued, and ye go awei fro the Lord, and serue alien goddis, and worschipe hem;
Guardáos pues, que vuestro corazón no se entontezca, y os apartéis, y sirváis a dioses ajenos, y os inclinéis a ellos;
17 and the Lord be wrooth, and close heuene, and reynes come not doun, nether the erthe yyue his fruyt, and ye perische swiftli fro the beste lond which the Lord schal yyue to you.
Y se encienda el furor de Jehová sobre vosotros, y cierre los cielos, y no haya lluvia, ni la tierra dé su fruto, y perezcáis presto de la buena tierra que Jehová os da.
18 Putte ye thes wordis in youre hertes and soules, and honge ye `tho wordis for a signe in the hondis, and sette ye bitwixe youre iyen.
Mas pondréis estas mis palabras en vuestro corazón y en vuestra alma: y atarlas heis por señal en vuestra mano, y serán por frontales entre vuestros ojos.
19 Teche youre sones, that thei thenke on tho wordis, whanne thou sittist in thin hows, and goist in the weie, and lyggist doun, and risist.
Y enseñarlas heis a vuestros hijos, para que habléis de ellas, sentado en tu casa, andando por el camino, acostándote en la cama, y levantándote.
20 Thou schalt write tho wordis on the postis, and yatis of thin hous,
Y escribirlas has en los postes de tu casa, y en tus portadas.
21 that the daies of thee and of thi sones be multiplied in the lond which the Lord swoor to thi fadris, that he schulde yyue to hem, as long as heuene is aboue erthe.
Para que sean aumentados vuestros días, y los días de vuestros hijos sobre la tierra que juró Jehová a vuestros padres que les había de dar, como los días de los cielos sobre la tierra.
22 For if ye kepen the heestis whiche Y comaunde to you, and ye do tho, that ye loue youre Lord God, and go in alle hise weies,
Porque si guardando guardareis todos estos mandamientos, que yo os mando, para que los hagáis, que améis a Jehová vuestro Dios andando en todos sus caminos, y os allegareis a él:
23 and cleue to hym, the Lord schal destrie alle these hethen men bifor youre face, and ye schulen welde tho folkis that ben grettere and strongere than ye.
Jehová también echará todas estas gentes de delante de vosotros, y poseeréis gentes grandes y fuertes más que vosotros.
24 Ech place which youre foot schal trede, schal be youre; fro the deseert, and fro the Liban, and fro the greet flood Eufrates `til to the west see, schulen be youre termes.
Todo lugar que pisare la planta de vuestro pie, será vuestro: desde el desierto, y el Líbano: desde el río, el río Éufrates hasta la mar postrera será vuestro término.
25 Noon schal stonde ayens you; youre Lord God schal yiue youre outward drede and inward drede on ech lond which ye schulen trede, as he spak to you.
Nadie parará delante de vosotros: vuestro miedo y vuestro temor pondrá Jehová vuestro Dios sobre la haz de toda la tierra que hollareis, como él os ha dicho.
26 Lo! Y sette forth in youre siyt to day blissyng and cursyng;
Mira: Yo pongo hoy delante de vosotros la bendición, y la maldición:
27 blessyng, if ye obeien to the heestis of youre Lord God, whiche Y comaunde to you to dai;
La bendición, si oyereis los mandamientos de Jehová vuestro Dios, que yo os mando hoy:
28 cursyng, if ye heren not the heestis of youre Lord God, but goen awei fro the weie which Y schewe now to you, and goen after alien goddis whiche ye knowen not.
Y la maldición, si no oyereis los mandamientos de Jehová vuestro Dios, mas os apartareis del camino, que yo os mando hoy para andar en pos de los dioses ajenos que no conocisteis.
29 Sotheli whanne thi Lord God hath brouyt thee in to the lond, to which to enhabite thou goist, thou schalt sette blessyng on the hil Garisym, cursyng on the hil Hebal, whiche hillis ben biyende Jordan,
Y será, que cuando Jehová tu Dios te metiere en la tierra a la cual entras para heredarla, pondrás la bendición sobre el monte Garizim, y la maldición sobre el monte Hebal:
30 aftir the weie that goith to the goyng doun of the sunne, in the lond of Cananey, that dwellith in the feeldi places ayens Galgala, which is bisidis the valey goynge and entrynge fer.
Los cuales están de la otra parte del Jordán, tras el camino del occidente en la tierra del Cananeo, que habita en la campaña delante de Galgal, junto a los llanos de More.
31 For ye schulen passe Jordan, that ye welde the lond which youre Lord God schal yyue to you, and that ye haue and welde that lond.
Porque vosotros pasáis el Jordán para ir a heredar la tierra que Jehová vuestro Dios os da: la cual heredaréis: y habitaréis en ella.
32 Therfor se ye, `that ye fille the cerymonyes and domes, whiche I schal sette to dai in youre siyt.
Guardaréis pues que hagáis todos los estatutos, y derechos, que yo doy delante de vosotros hoy.
