Παραλειπομένων Αʹ 26
1 Περί δε των διαιρέσεων των πυλωρών· εκ των Κοριτών ήτο Μεσελεμίας ο υιός του Κορέ, εκ των υιών Ασάφ.
And for the divisions of the gates: the sons of the Corites [were] Mosellemia, of the sons of Asaph.
2 Και οι υιοί του Μεσελεμία ήσαν Ζαχαρίας ο πρωτότοκος, Ιεδιαήλ ο δεύτερος, Ζεβαδίας ο τρίτος, Ιαθνιήλ ο τέταρτος,
And Mosellemia's first-born son [was] Zacharias, the second Jadiel, the third Zabadia, the fourth Jenuel,
3 Ελάμ ο πέμπτος, Ιωανάν ο έκτος, Ελιωηνάϊ ο έβδομος.
the fifth Jolam, the sixth Jonathan, the seventh Elionai, the eighth Abdedom.
4 οι δε υιοί του Ωβήδ-εδώμ, Σεμαΐας ο πρωτότοκος, Ιωζαβάδ ο δεύτερος, Ιωάχ ο τρίτος και Σαχάρ ο τέταρτος και Ναθαναήλ ο πέμπτος,
And to Abdedom [there were born] sons, Samaias the first-born, Jozabath the second, Joath the third, Sachar the fourth, Nathanael the fifth,
5 Αμμιήλ ο έκτος, Ισσάχαρ ο έβδομος, Φεουλθαΐ ο όγδοος· διότι ο Θεός ευλόγησεν αυτόν.
Amiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Phelathi the eighth: for God blessed him.
6 Και εις Σεμαΐαν τον υιόν αυτού εγεννήθησαν υιοί, οίτινες εξουσίαζον επί του πατρικού οίκου αυτών· διότι ήσαν δυνατοί εν ισχύϊ.
And to Samaias his son were born the sons of his first-born, chiefs over the house of their father, for they were mighty.
7 Οι υιοί του Σεμαΐα, Γοθνί και Ραφαήλ και Ωβήδ και Ελζαβάδ, των οποίων οι αδελφοί ήσαν ισχυροί, ο Ελιού, και ο Σεμαχίας.
The sons of Samai; Othni, and Raphael, and Obed, and Elzabath, and Achiud, mighty men, Heliu, and Sabachia, and Isbacom.
8 Πάντες ούτοι εκ των υιών του Ωβήδ-εδώμ, αυτοί και οι υιοί αυτών και οι αδελφοί αυτών, ισχυροί και άξιοι διά την υπηρεσίαν, εξήκοντα δύο ήσαν του Ωβήδ-εδώμ.
All [these were] of the sons of Abdedom, they and their sons and their brethren, doing mightily in service: in all sixty-two [born] to Abdedom.
9 Και ο Μεσελεμίας είχεν υιούς και αδελφούς, ισχυρούς, δεκαοκτώ.
And Mosellemia [had] eighteen sons and brethren, mighty men.
10 Και ο Ωσά, εκ των υιών του Μεραρί, είχεν υιούς· Σιμρί τον πρώτον, διότι πρωτότοκος δεν ήτο, ο πατήρ όμως αυτού έκαμεν αυτόν πρώτον·
And to Osa of the sons of Merari [there were born] sons, keeping the dominion; though he was not the first-born, yet his father made him chief of the second division.
11 Χελκίαν τον δεύτερον, Τεβαλίαν τον τρίτον, Ζαχαρίαν τον τέταρτον· πάντες οι υιοί και οι αδελφοί του Ωσά ήσαν δεκατρείς.
Chelcias the second, Tablai the third, Zacharias the fourth: all these [were] the sons and brethren of Osa, thirteen.
12 Μεταξύ αυτών έγειναν αι διαιρέσεις των πυλωρών· οι αρχηγοί των δυνατών είχον τας φυλακάς εξ ίσου με τους αδελφούς αυτών, διά να υπηρετώσιν εν τω οίκω του Κυρίου.
To these [were assigned] the divisions of the gates, to the chiefs of the mighty men the daily courses, even their brethren, to minister in the house of the Lord.
13 Και έρριψαν κλήρους εξ ίσου ο μικρός καθώς και ο μεγάλος, κατ' οίκον των πατέρων αυτών, περί εκάστης πύλης.
And they cast lots for the small as well as for the great, for the several gates, according to their families.
14 Και έπεσεν ο κλήρος της προς ανατολάς εις τον Σελεμίαν. Τότε έρριψαν κλήρους διά τον Ζαχαρίαν τον υιόν αυτού, σύμβουλον σοφόν· και ο κλήρος αυτού εξήλθε διά την προς βορράν.
And the lot of the east gates fell to Selemias, and Zacharias: the sons of Soaz cast lots for Melchias, and the lot came out northward.
15 Εις τον Ωβήδ-εδώμ, διά την προς νότον· και εις τους υιούς αυτού, διά τον οίκον της συνάξεως.
To Abdedom [they gave by lot] the south, opposite the house of Esephim.
16 Εις τον Σουφίμ και Ωσά, διά την προς δυσμάς, μετά της πύλης Σαλεχέθ, πλησίον της οδού της αναβάσεως, φυλακή απέναντι φυλακής.
[They gave the lot] for the second to Osa westward, after the gate of the chamber by the ascent, watch against watch.
17 Κατά ανατολάς ήσαν εξ Λευΐται, προς βορράν τέσσαρες την ημέραν, προς νότον τέσσαρες την ημέραν και προς τον οίκον της συνάξεως ανά δύο.
Eastward [were] six [watchmen] in the day; northward four by the day; southward four by the day; and two at the Esephim,
18 Εις Παρβάρ προς δυσμάς τέσσαρες κατά την οδόν της αναβάσεως, και δύο εις Παρβάρ.
to relieve guard, also for Osa westward after the chamber-gate, three. [There was] a ward over against the ward of the ascent eastward, six [men] in a day, and four for the north, and four for the south, and at the Esephim two to relieve guard, and four by the west, and two to relieve guard at the pathway.
19 Αύται είναι αι διαιρέσεις των πυλωρών μεταξύ των υιών Κορέ και μεταξύ των υιών Μεραρί.
These [are] the divisions of the porters for the sons of Core, and to the sons of Merari.
20 Και εκ των Λευϊτών ο Αχιά ήτο επί τους θησαυρούς του οίκου του Θεού και επί τους θησαυρούς των αφιερωμάτων.
And the Levites their brethren [were] over the treasures of the house of the Lord, and over the treasures of the hallowed things.
21 Περί δε των υιών του Λααδάν· οι υιοί του Γηρσωνίτου Λααδάν, αρχηγοί των πατριών του Λααδάν του Γηρσωνίτου ήσαν Ιεχιήλ.
These [were] the sons of Ladan, the sons of the Gersonite: to Ladan [belonged] the heads of the families: [the son] of Ladan the Gersonite [was] Jeiel.
22 οι υιοί του Ιεχήλ, Ζαιθάμ και Ιωήλ ο αδελφός αυτού, οίτινες ήσαν επί τους θησαυρούς του οίκου του Κυρίου.
The sons of Jeiel [were] Zethom, and Joel; brethren [who were] over the treasures of the house of the Lord.
23 Περί δε των Αμραμιτών, Ισααριτών, Χεβρωνιτών και Οζιηλιτών·
To Ambram and Issaar belonged Chebron, and Oziel.
24 ο μεν Σεβουήλ ο υιός του Γηρσώμ, υιού του Μωϋσέως· ήτο επιστάτης επί τους θησαυρούς.
And Subael the [son] of Gersam, the [son] of Moses, [was] over the treasures.
25 Οι δε αδελφοί αυτού εκ του Ελιέζερ, του οποίου ο υιός ήτο ο Ρεαβίας, και Ιεσαΐας ο υιός τούτου, και Ιωράμ ο υιός τούτου, και Ζιχρί ο υιός τούτου, και Σελωμείθ ο υιός τούτου·
And Rabias [was] son to his brother Eliezer, and [so was] Josias, and Joram, and Zechri, and Salomoth.
26 ο Σελωμείθ ούτος και οι αδελφοί αυτού ήσαν επί πάντας τους θησαυρούς των αφιερωμάτων, τα οποία Δαβίδ ο βασιλεύς και οι άρχοντες των πατριών, οι χιλίαρχοι και οι εκατόνταρχοι, και οι αρχηγοί του στρατεύματος, αφιέρωσαν.
This Salomoth and his brethren [were] over all the sacred treasures, which David the king and the heads of families consecrated, [and] the captains of thousands and captains of hundreds, and princes of the host,
27 Εκ των πολέμων και εκ των λαφύρων έκαμον την αφιέρωσιν, διά να επισκευάζωσι τον οίκον του Κυρίου.
things which he took out of cities and from the spoils, and consecrated some of them, so that the building of the house of God should not want [supplies];
28 Και παν ό, τι Σαμουήλ ο βλέπων, και Σαούλ ο υιός του Κείς, και Αβενήρ ο υιός του Νηρ, και Ιωάβ ο υιός της Σερουΐας, αφιέρωσαν, παν αφιέρωμα ήτο υπό την χείρα του Σελωμείθ και των αδελφών αυτού.
and over all the holy things of God dedicated by Samuel the prophet, and Saul the son of Kis, and Abenner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Saruia, whatsoever they sanctified [was] by the hand of Salomoth and his brethren.
29 Περί των Ισααριτών· ο Χενανίας και οι υιοί αυτού ήσαν διά τας έξω υποθέσεις επί του Ισραήλ, επιστάται και κριταί.
For the Issaarites, Chonenia, and [his] sons [were over] the outward ministration over Israel, to record and to judge.
30 Περί δε των Χεβρωνιτών· ο Ασαβίας και οι αδελφοί αυτού, ισχυροί, χίλιοι επτακόσιοι ήσαν έφοροι του Ισραήλ εντεύθεν του Ιορδάνου προς δυσμάς, διά πάσας τας υποθέσεις του Κυρίου και διά την υπηρεσίαν του βασιλέως.
For the Chebronites, Asabias and his brethren, a thousand and seven hundred mighty men, [were] over the charge of Israel beyond Jordan westward, for all the service of the Lord and work of the king.
31 Μεταξύ των Χεβρωνιτών ήτο Ιερίας ο αρχηγός, μεταξύ των Χεβρωνιτών κατά τας γενεάς αυτών, κατά τας πατριάς. Εν τω τεσσαρακοστώ έτει της βασιλείας του Δαβίδ εξητάσθησαν και ευρέθησαν μεταξύ αυτών δυνατοί εν ισχύϊ, εν Ιαζήρ Γαλαάδ.
Of the [family] of Chebron Urias [was] chief, even of the Chebronites according to their generations, according to their families. In the fortieth year of his reign they were numbered, and there were found mighty men among them in Jazer of Galaad.
32 Και οι αδελφοί αυτού, ισχυροί, ήσαν δύο χιλιάδες και επτακόσιοι αρχηγοί πατριών, τους οποίους κατέστησε Δαβίδ ο βασιλεύς επί τους Ρουβηνίτας και τους Γαδίτας και το ήμισυ της φυλής Μανασσή, διά παν πράγμα του Θεού και διά τας υποθέσεις του βασιλέως.
And his brethren [were] two thousand seven hundred mighty men, chiefs of their families, and king David set them over the Rubenites, and the Gaddites, and the half-tribe of Manasse, for every ordinance of the Lord, and business of the king.
