2 Cronicas 22
1 Insaad dagiti agnanaed iti Jerusalem ni Ahazias a kaubingan a putot a lalaki ni Jehoram nga ari a kas kasukatna; ta dagiti lallaki nga immay a rimmaut iti kampo agraman dagiti taga-Arab a kakaduada ket pinapatayda dagiti amin nga inauna a putotna a lallaki. Isu a ni Ahazias a putot ni Jehoram nga ari ti Juda ti naisaad a kas ari.
And the inhabitants of Jerusalem made Ochozias his youngest son king in his stead: for the band of robbers that came against them, even the Arabians and the Alimazonians, had slain all the elder ones. So Ochozias son of Joram king of Juda reigned.
2 Uppat a pulo ket dua ti tawen ni Ahazias idi nangrugi isuna nga agturay; nagturay isuna idiay Jerusalem iti maysa a tawen. Atalia ti nagan ti inana a putot a babai ni Omri.
Ochozias began to reign when he was twenty years old, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem: and his mother's name was Gotholia, the daughter of Ambri.
3 Sinurotna met dagiti wagas ti balay ni Ahab ta ti inana ti mammagbaga kenkuana nga agaramid kadagiti dakes a banbanag.
And he walked in the way of the house of Achaab; for his mother was his counsellor to do evil.
4 Inaramid ni Ahazias ti dakes iti imatang ni Yahweh, a kas iti ar-aramiden ti balay ni Ahab, ta kalpasan ti ipapatay ti amana ket isuda dagiti mammagbaga kenkuana nga isu ti nakaigapuan ti pannakadadaelna.
And he did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord as the house of Achaab [had done]: for they were his counselors after the death of his father to his destruction.
5 Sinurotna met dagiti balakadda; nakikadua kenni Joram a putot a lalaki ni Ahab nga ari ti Israel tapno makiranget kenni Hazael nga ari ti Aram idiay Ramot Galaad. Sinugatan dagiti taga-Aram ni Joram.
And he walked in their counsels, and he went with Joram son of Achaab king of Israel to war against Azael king of Syria to Ramoth Galaad: and the archers smote Joram.
6 Nagsubli ni Joram idiay Jezreel tapno agpaimbag kadagiti sugatna, idi nakiranget isuna kenni Hazael nga ari ti Aram idiay Rama. Isu a simmalog ni Ahazias a putot a lalaki ni Jehoram, nga ari ti Juda idiay Jezreel tapno sarungkaranna ni Joram a putot a lalaki ni Ahab, gapu ta nasugatan ni Joram.
And Joram returned to Jezrael to be healed of the wounds wherewith the Syrians smote him in Ramoth, when he fought against Azael king of Syria. And Ochozias son of Joram, king of Juda, went down to see Joram the son of Achaab at Jezrael because he was sick.
7 Ita, ti pannakadadael ni Ahazias ket inyeg ti Dios babaen iti panangsarungkar ni Ahazias kenni Joram. Idi nakasangpet isuna, nakikadua kenni Joram a mangdarup kenni Jehu a putot a lalaki ni Nimsi a pinili ni Yahweh a mangdadael iti balay ni Ahab.
And destruction from God came upon Ochozias in [his] coming to Joram; for when he had come, Joram went out with him against Jeu the son of Namessei, the anointed of the Lord against the house of Achaab.
8 Napasamak nga, idi ipatpatungpal ni Jehu ti panangpapatayna kadagiti amin a kaputotan ni Ahab a kas iti imbilin ti Dios, nasarakanna dagiti mangidadaulo iti Juda ken dagiti putot a lallaki ti kabsat a lalaki ni Ahazias nga agserserbi kenni Ahazias. Pinapatay ida ni Jehu.
And it came to pass, when Jeu was taking vengeance on the house of Achaab, that he found the princes of Juda and the brethren of Ochozias ministering to Ochozias, and he slew them.
9 Binirok ni Jehu ni Ahazias, natiliwda isuna nga aglemlemmeng idiay Samaria, impanda isuna kenni Jehu, ket pinapatayda isuna. And he gave orders to seek Ochozias: and they took him while he was healing his wounds in Samaria, and they brought him to Jeu, and he slew him; and they buried him, for they said, He is the son of Josaphat, who sought the Lord with all his heart. So there was none in the house of Ochozias to secure their power in the kingdom.

And Gotholia the mother of Ochozias saw that her son was dead, and she arose and destroyed all the seed royal in the house of Juda.
11 Ngem innala ni Jehosaba, a putot a babai ti ari, ni Joas, a putot a lalaki ni Ahazias, ket inyadayona isuna kadagiti annak ti ari a dandani mapapatay. Inkabilna isuna iti maysa a siled agraman ti mangay-aywan kenkuana. Isu nga inlemmeng isuna ni Jehoseba a putot a babai ni Ari Jehoram, nga asawa ni Jehoyada a padi (ta kabsat isuna a babai ni Ahazias) tapno saan a papatayen ni Atalia.
But Josabeeth, the daughter of the king, took Joas the son of Ochozias and rescued him secretly out of the midst of the sons of the king that were put to death, and she placed him and his nurse in a bedchamber. So Josabeeth daughter of king Joram, sister of Ochozias, wife of Jodae the priest, hid him, and she [even] hid him from Gotholia, and she did not slay him.
12 Kaduada isuna nga aglemlemmeng iti balay ti Dios iti innem a tawen, bayat iti panagturay ni Atalia iti daga.
And he was with him hid in the house of God six years; and Gotholia reigned over the land.
