Salmi 103
1 [Salmo] di Davide BENEDICI, anima mia, il Signore; E tutte le mie interiora [benedite] il Nome suo santo.
`Of Dauid. Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and alle thingis that ben with ynne me, blesse his hooli name.
2 Benedici, anima mia, il Signore, E non dimenticare alcuno dei suoi beneficii.
Mi soule, blesse thou the Lord; and nyle thou foryete alle the yeldyngis of him.
3 [Egli è quel] che [ti] perdona tutte le tue iniquità; Che sana tutte le tue infermità;
Which doith merci to alle thi wickidnessis; which heelith alle thi sijknessis.
4 Che riscuote dalla fossa la tua vita; Che ti corona di benignità e di compassioni;
Which ayenbieth thi lijf fro deth; which corowneth thee in merci and merciful doyngis.
5 Che sazia di beni la tua bocca; Che ti fa ringiovanire come l'aquila.
Which fillith thi desijr in goodis; thi yongthe schal be renulid as the yongthe of an egle.
6 Il Signore fa giustizia E ragione a tutti quelli che sono oppressati.
The Lord doynge mercies; and doom to alle men suffringe wrong.
7 Egli ha fatte assapere a Mosè le sue vie, [Ed] a' figliuoli d'Israele le sue opere.
He made hise weies knowun to Moises; hise willis to the sones of Israel.
8 Il Signore [è] pietoso e clemente; Lento all'ira, e di gran benignità.
The Lord is merciful doer, and merciful in wille; longe abidinge, and myche merciful.
9 Egli non contende in eterno; E non serba [l'ira] in perpetuo.
He schal not be wrooth with outen ende; and he schal not thretne with outen ende.
10 Egli non ci ha fatto secondo i nostri peccati; E non ci ha reso la retribuzione secondo le nostre iniquità.
He dide not to vs aftir oure synnes; nether he yeldide to vs aftir oure wickidnessis.
11 Perciocchè, quanto sono alti i cieli sopra la terra, [Tanto] è grande la sua benignità inverso quelli che lo temono.
For bi the hiynesse of heuene fro erthe; he made strong his merci on men dredynge hym.
12 Quant'è lontano il Levante dal Ponente, [Tanto] ha egli allontanati da noi i nostri misfatti.
As myche as the eest is fer fro the west; he made fer oure wickidnessis fro vs.
13 Come un padre è pietoso inverso i figliuoli, [Così] è il Signore pietoso inverso quelli che lo temono.
As a fadir hath merci on sones, the Lord hadde merci on men dredynge him;
14 Perciocchè egli conosce la nostra natura; Egli si ricorda che noi [siamo] polvere.
for he knewe oure makyng.
15 I giorni dell'uomo [son] come l'erba; Egli fiorisce come il fiore del campo.
He bithouyte that we ben dust, a man is as hey; his dai schal flowre out so as a flour of the feeld.
16 [Il quale], se un vento gli passa sopra, non [è] più; E il suo luogo non lo riconosce più.
For the spirit schal passe in hym, and schal not abide; and schal no more knowe his place.
17 Ma la benignità del Signore [è] di secolo in secolo Sopra quelli che lo temono; E la sua giustizia sopra i figliuoli de' figliuoli,
But the merci of the Lord is fro with out bigynnyng, and til in to with outen ende; on men dredinge hym. And his riytfulnesse is in to the sones of sones;
18 Di quelli che osservano il suo patto, E che si ricordano de' suoi comandamenti, per metterli in opera.
to hem that kepen his testament. And ben myndeful of hise comaundementis; to do tho.
19 Il Signore ha stabilito il suo trono ne' cieli; E il suo regno signoreggia per tutto.
The Lord hath maad redi his seete in heuene; and his rewme schal be lord of alle.
20 Benedite il Signore, [voi] suoi Angeli, Possenti di forza, che fate ciò ch'egli dice, Ubbidendo alla voce della sua parola.
Aungels of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord; ye myyti in vertu, doynge his word, to here the vois of hise wordis.
21 Benedite il Signore, [voi] tutti gli eserciti suoi; [Voi] suoi ministri, che fate ciò che gli piace.
Alle vertues of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord; ye mynystris of hym that doen his wille.
22 Benedite il Signore, [voi] tutte l'opere sue, In tutti i luoghi della sua signoria. Anima mia, benedici il Signore.
Alle werkis of the Lord, blesse ye the Lord, in ech place of his lordschipe; my soule, blesse thou the Lord.
