ಯೆಶಾಯನು 19

1 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಪ್ರವಾದನೆ: ಇಗೋ, ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ವೇಗವುಳ್ಳ ಮೇಘವನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಸಮ್ಮುಖರಾದಾಗ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳು ನಡುಗುವುವು. ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ಹೃದಯಗಳು ಅದರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಭಯದಿಂದ ಕರಗುವುವು.

The oracle on Egypt: Lo! Yahweh, riding upon a swift cloud, and he will enter Egypt, And the idols of Egypt shall shake at his presence, And, the heart of Egypt, shall melt within him;

2 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುವೆನು. ಸಹೋದರನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಸಹೋದರನೂ, ನೆರೆಯವನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನೆರೆಯವನೂ, ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೂ, ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವೂ ಹೊರಾಡುವವು.

And I will stir up Egyptians against Egyptians, And they shall fight—Every one against his brother and Every one against his neighbour, —City against city, and Kingdom against kingdom.

3 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಭಯಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅವರ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಭಂಗಪಡಿಸುವೆನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರು ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಮಾಟಗಾರರನ್ನೂ, ಯಕ್ಷಣಿಗಾರರನ್ನೂ, ಮಂತ್ರವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವರು.

And the spirit of Egypt, shall vanish, within them, Yea the sagacity thereof, will I swallow up, —And they will seek Unto the idols and Unto them that mutter, and Unto them that have familiar spirits, and Unto the wizards;

4 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರನ್ನು ಕ್ರೂರನಾದ ಒಡೆಯನ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವೆನು. ಭಯಂಕರನಾದ ರಾಜನು ಅವರನ್ನಾಳುವನು, ಎಂದು ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

And I will deliver the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel lord, —And a fierce king shall rule over them, Declareth the Lord, Yahweh of hosts.

5 ನೈಲ್ ನದಿಯ ನೀರು ಬತ್ತಿಹೋಗುವುದು. ನದಿ ತೀರವೂ ಇಂಗಿ ಒಣಗಿಹೋಗುವುದು.

And the waters shall be dried up from the great stream, —And the River, shall waste and be dry;

6 ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳು ನಾರುವುವು. ಈಜಿಪ್ಟನ ಉಪನದಿಗಳು ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದು ನೀರಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗುವುವು. ಜಂಬು ಹುಲ್ಲು ಬಾಡುವುದು.

And rivers, shall stink, The canals of Egypt be shallow and waste, Reed and rush, be withered;

7 ನೈಲ್ ನದಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ತೀರವು ಬರುಡಾಗುವುದು. ನದಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತಿದ ಬೀಜಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಣಗಿ, ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿಹೋಗುವುವು.

The meadows by the Nile, by the mouth of the Nile. And all that is sown in the Nile, Shall be dry, driven away, and not be!

8 ಮೀನುಗಾರರು ಕೂಡ ದುಃಖಿಸುವರು ಮತ್ತು ನೈಲ್ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಳ ಹಾಕುವವರು ಪ್ರಲಾಪಿಸುವರು. ನೀರಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಲೆ ಬೀಸುವವರು ಕುಗ್ಗಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.

Then shall the fishers, lament, And all shall mourn who cast in the Nile a hook, —And they who spread nets on the face of the waters shall languish;

9 ನಯವಾದ ನಾರಿನ ಕೆಲಸದವರು ಬಟ್ಟೆ ನೇಯುವವರು ನಿರಾಶರಾಗಿರುವರು.

Then shall turn pale The workers in combed flax, —and The weavers of white linen;

10 ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಖಿನ್ನರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೇತನದಾರರು ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Then shall her pillars be crushed, —All who make wages, be bowed down in soul.

11 ಚೋವನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನರು; ಫರೋಹನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನವುಳ್ಳ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೂ ಜ್ಞಾನರಹಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಫರೋಹನನಿಗೆ, “ನಾನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಸಂತಾನದವನು, ಪುರಾತನ ರಾಜನ ಶಿಷ್ಯನೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ”?

Surely, foolish, are the princes of Zoan, the wisest counsellors of Pharaoh, in counsel are brutish, —How can ye say unto Pharaoh, Son of the wise, am I Son of the kings of olden time?

12 ನಿನ್ನ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಿ? ನಿನಗೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಲಿ. ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

Where then are thy wise men? Pray let them tell thee! And let them know what Yahweh of hosts hath purposed on Egypt!

13 ಚೋವನಿನ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರು ಮೂರ್ಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನೋಫಿನ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠರು ಮೋಸ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಅದನ್ನು ಭ್ರಮೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪು ದಾರಿಗೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Doting are the princes of Zoan, Deceived are the princes of Noph: They who are the corner-stone of her tribes, have led Egypt astray.

14 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತತ್ತರಿಸುವ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಮಲೇರಿದವನು ಕಕ್ಕುತ್ತಾ ಓಲಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ತನ್ನ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಓಲಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Yahweh, hath infused in her midst, a spirit of perverseness, —And they have led Egypt astray into all his own doings, As a drunken man staggereth into his own vomit;

15 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆಯಾಗಲಿ, ಬಾಲವಾಗಲಿ, ಕೊಂಬೆಯಾಗಲಿ, ಒಂದು ಕಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಯಾವ ಕೆಲಸವೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

And Egypt shall have nothing which can be done, Which head or tail, palm-top or rush, can do!

16 ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರು ಹೆಂಗಸರ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವರು. ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎತ್ತಿದ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಬೀಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಹೆದರಿ ಭಯಪಡುವರು.

In that day, shall Egypt be like unto women, —And shall start and tremble because of the brandishing of the hand of Yahweh of hosts, which he is about to brandish over it.

17 ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ಬೆಚ್ಚಿ ಬೀಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶವು ಕಾರಣವಾಗುವುದು, ಈ ದೇಶದ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಬೆರಗಾಗುವನು.

Then shall the soil of Judah become, to Egypt, a terror; Every one to whom it is mentioned, will tremble, —Because of the purpose of Yahweh of hosts, which he is purposing against it.

18 ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನ ಐದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವು. ಕಾನಾನಿನ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನಾಡುವವರಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಐದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವುವು. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದರ ಹೆಸರು “ನಾಶಪುರ.”

In that day, shall there be five cities in the land of Egypt Speaking the language of Canaan, And swearing unto Yahweh of hosts, —The city of destruction, shall be the name of one!

19 ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ದೇಶದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠವು ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸ್ತಂಭವು ಇರುವುದು.

In that day, shall there be An altar unto Yahweh, in the midst of the land of Egypt, —And a pillar near the boundary thereof unto Yahweh;

20 ಅದು ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಾಗಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಹಿಂಸಕರ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೂಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ದೇವರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಶೂರನಾದ ರಕ್ಷಕನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವರು.

And it shall become a sign and a witness unto Yahweh of hosts in the land of Egypt, —For they will make outcry unto Yahweh, because of oppressors, That he would send them a saviour—and a great one Then will he deliver them.

21 ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಲು, ಅವರು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು ಮತ್ತು ಬಲಿಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವರು. ಹೌದು, ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವರು.

Then will, Yahweh, make himself known, to the Egyptians, So shall the Egyptians know, Yahweh, in that day, —And they will offer a sacrifice and a present And will vow a vow unto Yahweh and will perform.

22 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವರು; ಗಾಯಮಾಡಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವರು. ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು, ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಲೈಸಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವರು.

And Yahweh, will plague Egypt, plague and heal, —And they will turn unto Yahweh And he will be entreated of them and will heal them.

23 ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಒಂದು ರಾಜ ಮಾರ್ಗವಿರುವುದು. ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯದವರು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿಗೂ, ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರು ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯಕ್ಕೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಬರುವರು. ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರು, ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸುವರು.

In that day, shall there be a highway. from Egypt to Assyria, And, the Assyrians, shall come into Egypt, And, the Egyptians, into Assyria; And, the Egyptians shall serve, with the Assyrians.

24 ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯದವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮೂರನೆಯದಾಗಿ ದೇಶದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವಾಗಿರುವುದು.

In that day, shall, Israel, be, a third, with Egypt and with Assyria, —A blessing in the midst of the earth:

25 ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾದ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿಗೂ, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸವಾದ ಅಸ್ಸೀರಿಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಸೊತ್ತಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೂ, “ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ,” ಎಂದು ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಮಾಡುವರು.

Whom Yahweh of hosts hath blessed saying, —Blessed, be My people—the Egyptians, And the work of my hands—the Assyrians, And mine own inheritance—Israel.
