ലൂക്കോസ് 21
And having looked up, he saw the rich casting their gifts into the treasury.
And he also saw a certain poor widow there casting in two mites.
And he said, Truly I say to you, that this poor widow cast in more than they all.
4 ൪ എല്ലാവരും തങ്ങളുടെ സമൃദ്ധിയിൽ നിന്നല്ലോ വഴിപാട് ഇട്ടത്; ഇവളോ തന്റെ ദാരിദ്ര്യത്തിൽ നിന്നു തന്റെ ഉപജീവനത്തിന് ഉള്ളത് മുഴുവനും ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
For all these cast into the offerings of God from their abundance, but this woman from her poverty cast in all the living that she had.
5 ൫ ചിലർ ദൈവാലയത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അത് മനോഹരമായ കല്ലുകളാലും വഴിപാടുകളാലും അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ:
And as some spoke about the temple, that it was adorned with fine stones and gifts, he said,
These things that ye see, the days will come during which there will not be left a stone upon a stone that will not be thrown down.
And they questioned him, saying, Teacher, when therefore will these things be? And what is the sign when these things are going to happen?
8 ൮ അതിന് അവൻ: ആരും നിങ്ങളെ തെറ്റിക്കാതിരിപ്പാൻ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊള്ളുവിൻ. ഞാൻ യേശു ആകുന്നു എന്നും, സമയം അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു അനേകർ എന്റെ പേരിൽ വരും; പക്ഷേ അവരെ അനുഗമിക്കരുത്.
And he said, Watch that ye may not be led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, I am, and, The time has come near. Go ye not therefore after them.
9 ൯ നിങ്ങൾ യുദ്ധങ്ങളെയും കലഹങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ച് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞെട്ടിപ്പോകരുത്; അത് ആദ്യം സംഭവിക്കേണ്ടത് തന്നേ; എന്നാൽ അന്ത്യം ഉടനെ സംഭവിക്കുകയില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And when ye may hear of wars and tumults, do not be alarmed, for these things must first happen, but the end is not straightaway.
Then he said to them, Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
11 ൧൧ വലിയ ഭൂകമ്പവും ക്ഷാമവും പകർച്ചവ്യാധികളും അവിടവിടെ ഉണ്ടാകും; ഭയപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന കാഴ്ചകളും ആകാശത്തിൽ വലിയ അടയാളങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകും.
And great earthquakes will be in various places, and famines and plagues. And there will be fearful sights and great signs from the sky.
12 ൧൨ എന്നാൽ ഇതു സംഭവിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പെ, എന്റെ നാമംനിമിത്തം അവർ നിങ്ങളെ പിടിച്ച് ബന്ധിയ്ക്കുകയും, രാജാക്കന്മാരുടേയും നാടുവാഴികളുടേയും മുമ്പിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി ഉപദ്രവിക്കുകയും, പള്ളികളിലും തടവുകളിലും ഏല്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
But before all these things, they will throw their hands on you, and will persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
But it will go out from you for testimony.
Settle therefore in your hearts not to premeditate to make defense.
15 ൧൫ നിങ്ങളെ എതിർക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ആർക്കും ചെറുപ്പാനോ നിഷേധിക്കാനോ കഴിയാത്ത വാക്കും ജ്ഞാനവും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് തരും.
For I will give you a mouth and wisdom that all those who oppose you will not be able to contradict or to resist.
16 ൧൬ അമ്മയപ്പന്മാരും സഹോദരന്മാരും ബന്ധുക്കളും കൂട്ടുകാരും നിങ്ങളെ ഏല്പിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുകയും നിങ്ങളിൽ ചിലരെ കൊല്ലിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
And ye will be betrayed even by parents, and kinsmen, and friends, and brothers. And some of you they will condemn to death.
And ye will be hated by all men because of my name.
And, no, not a hair of your head will perish.
In your perseverance ye gain your souls.
20 ൨൦ സൈന്യങ്ങൾ യെരൂശലേമിനെ വളഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതു കാണുമ്പോൾ അത് നശിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുവാൻ സമയം അടുത്തു എന്നു അറിഞ്ഞുകൊൾവിൻ.
But when ye see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that the desolation of it has come near.
21 ൨൧ അന്ന് യെഹൂദ്യയിലുള്ളവർ മലകളിലേക്ക് ഓടിപ്പോകട്ടെ; അതിന്റെ നടുവിലുള്ളവർ വേഗം പുറത്തേക്ക് പോകട്ടെ; നാട്ടുംപുറങ്ങളിലുള്ളവർ അതിൽ കടക്കരുത്.
Then let those in Judea flee to the mountains, and let those in the midst of it depart out, and let not those in the rural areas enter into it.
Because these are days of vengeance to fulfill all things that are written.
23 ൨൩ ആ കാലത്ത് ഗർഭിണികൾക്കും മുല കുടിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർക്കും അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം! ദേശത്തു വലിയ ഞെരുക്കവും ഈ ജനത്തിന്മേൽ കോപവും ഉണ്ടാകും.
But woe to those who have in the womb, and to those who suckle in those days. For there will be great distress upon the land, and wrath to this people.
24 ൨൪ ചിലരെ അവർ വാളുകൊണ്ടു കൊല്ലുകയും, മറ്റു ചിലരെ അവർ പല രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കും അടിമകളായി കൊണ്ടുപോകുകയും, ജാതികളുടെ കാലം കഴിയുന്നതുവരെ ജാതികൾ യെരൂശലേമിൽ വസിക്കുന്നവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
And they will fall by the jaw of the sword, and will be led away captive into all the nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25 ൨൫ സൂര്യനിലും ചന്ദ്രനിലും നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളിലും അടയാളങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകും; കടലിന്റെയും തിരമാലകളുടെയും മുഴക്കം നിമിത്തം ഭൂമിയിലെ ജാതികൾക്ക് നിരാശയും പരിഭ്രമവും ഉണ്ടാകും.
And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, roaring of sea and of tossing,
26 ൨൬ ആകാശത്തിന്റെ ശക്തികൾ ഇളകുന്നതിനാൽ ഭൂമിയിൽ എന്ത് സംഭവിപ്പാൻ പോകുന്നു എന്നു പേടിച്ചും കാത്തിരുന്നുംകൊണ്ട് മനുഷ്യരുടെ ബോധം നശിച്ചുപോകും.
fainting of men from fear, and of anticipation of the things coming upon the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and much glory.
28 ൨൮ ഇതൊക്കെയും സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് കാണുമ്പോൾ, നിങ്ങളുടെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പ് അടുത്തുവരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് നിവർന്നു തല പൊക്കുവിൻ.
And when these things begin to happen, stand upright, and lift up your heads, because your redemption approaches.
And he spoke a parable to them. Behold the fig tree, and all the trees.
When they are now sprouting, ye know seeing for yourselves that summer is now near.
Even so ye, when ye see these things happening, know ye that the kingdom of God is near.
Truly I say to you, that this generation will, no, not pass away until all things happen.
The sky and the earth will pass away, but my words may, no, not pass away.
34 ൩൪ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം അതിഭക്ഷണത്താലും മദ്യപാനത്താലും ജീവിതത്തിലെ പല ചിന്തകളാലും ഭാരപ്പെട്ടിട്ട് ആ ദിവസം നിങ്ങൾക്ക് പെട്ടെന്ന് കെണി പോലെ വരാതിരിപ്പാൻ സൂക്ഷിച്ചു കൊൾവിൻ.
But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down in debauchery and drunkenness and mundane cares, and that day come upon you sudden.
For it will come like a trap upon all those who sit upon the face of all the earth.
36 ൩൬ ആകയാൽ ഈ സംഭവിപ്പാനുള്ള എല്ലാറ്റിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപെടുവാനും മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നില്പാനും നിങ്ങൾ പ്രാപ്തരാകേണ്ടതിന് എപ്പോഴും ഉണർന്നും പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുവിൻ.
Watch ye therefore, making supplication at all times, so that ye may be considered worthy to escape all these things going to happen, and to stand before the Son of man.
And during the days he was teaching in the temple, and going forth the nights, he lodged on the mount that is called Olives.
And all the people rose early in the morning to him in the temple to hear him.
