स्तोत्रसंहिता 24

1 १ दाविदाचे स्तोत्र. भूमी आणि तिच्यावरील परिपूर्णता परमेश्वराची आहे. जग आणि त्यातील सर्व राहणारे परमेश्वराचे आहेत.

[A Psalm by David.] The earth is the LORD's, and its fullness; the world, and those who dwell in it.

2 २ कारण त्याने समुद्रावर तिचा पाया घातला, आणि जलांवर त्याने ती स्थापली.

For he has founded it on the seas, and established it on the floods.

3 ३ परमेश्वराच्या डोंगरावर कोण चढेल? परमेश्वराच्या पवित्र मंदिरात कोण उभा राहू शकतो?

Who may ascend to the LORD's hill? Who may stand in his holy place?

4 ४ ज्याचे हात निर्मळ आहेत, ज्यांचे हृदय शुद्ध आहे, ज्याने आपला जीव खोटेपणाकडे उंचावला नाही, आणि ज्याने दुष्टपणाने शपथ वाहिली नाही.

He who has clean hands and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood, and has not sworn deceitfully.

5 ५ तो परमेश्वराकडून आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करेल, आणि त्यालाच त्याच्या तारणाऱ्या देवापासून न्यायीपण मिळेल.

He shall receive a blessing from the LORD, righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 ६ हिच पिढी त्यास शोधणारी आहे, जी याकोबाच्या देवाचे मुख शोधते.

This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. (Selah)

7 ७ अहो! वेशींनो, आपले मस्तक उंच करा. पुर्वकालीन द्वारांनो, उंच व्हा, म्हणजे गौरवशाली राजा आत येईल.

Lift up your heads, you gates. Be lifted up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in.

8 ८ गौरवशाली राजा कोण आहे? तोच परमेश्वर, सामर्थ्यशाली आणि थोर आहे.

Who is the King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.

9 ९ वेशींनो, तुमची मस्तके उंच करा. सर्वकाळच्या दरवाजांनो, तुम्ही उंच व्हा, म्हणजे गौरवशाली राजा आत येईल.

Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you everlasting doors, and the King of glory will come in.

10 १० तो गौरवशाली राजा कोण आहे? सेनाधीश परमेश्वरच तो राजा आहे, तोच तो गौरवशाली राजा आहे.

Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts is the King of glory. (Selah)
