मत्ती 10
1 येशूले आफ्ना बाह्र जना चेलालाई एकै ठाउँमा बोलाउनुभयो र तिनीहरूलाई अशुद्ध आत्माहरू धपाउने अधिकार दिनुभयो अनि हर प्रकारका रोग र बिमारीहरूलाई निको पार्ने अधिकार पनि दिनुभयो ।
And he called to himself his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness.
2 यी बाह्र जना प्रेरितका नाम यस प्रकार छ । पहिलो, सिमोन (जसलाई उहाँले पत्रुस पनि भनेर बोलाउनुहुन्थ्यो), र तिनका भाइ अन्द्रियास; जब्दियाका छोरा याकूब, र तिनका भाइ यूहन्ना;
Now the names of the twelve apostles are these. The first, Shimon, who is called Kipha; and Andreus his brother; and Yaquv the son of Zabedai, and Yukhanan his brother;
3 फिलिप र बारथोलोमाइ; थोमा र कर उठाउने मत्ती, अल्फयसका छोरा याकूब र थेदियस;
Philipus and Bar-Tulmai; Tama and Mattai the tax collector; Yaquv the son of Khalphai, and Thadai;
4 सिमोन कनानी र यहूदा इस्करियोत, जसले येशूलाई पक्राइदिने थियो ।
Shimon the Zealot, and Yehudah Sekariuta, who also betrayed him.
5 यी बाह्रै जनालाई येशूले बाहिर पठाउनुभयो । उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई निर्देशन दिनुभयो र भन्नुभयो, “गैरयहूदीहरू बस्ने कुनै पनि ठाउँमा नजाओ, र सामरीहरूको कुनै पनि सहरमा प्रवेश नगर ।”
Yeshua sent these twelve out, and commanded them, saying, "Do not go among the non-Jews, and do not enter into any city of the Samaritans.
6 यसको सट्टा, इस्राएलको घरानाको हराएको भेडाकहाँ जाओ ।
Rather, go to the lost sheep of the house of Israyel.
7 अनि जसै तिमीहरू जान्छौ, ‘स्वर्गको राज्य नजिकै आइसकेको छ’ भनी प्रचार गर ।
And as you go, proclaim, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is near.'
8 रोगीहरूलाई निको पार, मरेकाहरूलाई जीवित बनाओ, कुष्ठरोगीहरूलाई शुद्ध पार र भूतात्माहरूलाई धपाओ । तिमीहरूले सित्तैँमा पाएका छौ, सित्तैँमा देओ ।
Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.
9 तिमीहरूका थैलीमा कुनै पनि सुन, चाँदी वा पित्तल नबोक ।
Do not take any gold, nor silver, nor copper in your money belts.
10 तिमीहरूका यात्राको निम्ति झोला वा फाल्तु दौरा वा जुत्ता वा लौरो नबोक, किनकि खेतालाले आफ्नो भोजन पाउनुपर्छ ।
Take no bag for your journey, neither two tunics, nor shoes, nor staff: for the laborer is worthy of his food.
11 तिमीहरू जुनसुकै सहर वा गाउँमा प्रवेश गर्छौ, त्यहाँ को योग्यको छ भनी पत्ता लगाओ र नगइन्जेलसम्म तिमीहरू त्यहीँ बस ।
And into whatever city or village you enter, find out who in it is worthy; and stay there until you go on.
12 जब तिमीहरू घरमा पस्छौ, तब त्यसलाई अभिवादन गर ।
And as you enter into the household, greet it.
13 यदि त्यो घर योग्यको छ भने, तिमीहरूको शान्ति त्यसमाथि आओस् । तर यदि त्यो योग्यको छैन भने, तिमीहरूका शान्ति तिमीहरूकहाँ नै फर्केर आओस् ।
And if the household is worthy, let your peace come on it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.
14 जसले तिमीहरूलाई ग्रहण गर्दैन वा तिमीहरूका वचन सुन्दैन, तिमीहरू त्यस सहर वा गाउँबाट निस्केर जाँदा, तिमीहरूका खुट्टाबाट धुलो टकटक्याइदेओ ।
And whoever does not receive you, nor hear your words, as you leave that house or that city, shake off the dust from your feet.
15 साँच्चै म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, न्यायको दिनमा त्यस सहरको भन्दा सदोम र गमोराको इन्साफ बढी सहनीय हुन्छ ।
Truly I tell you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sedum and Amura in the day of judgment than for that city.
16 हेर, म तिमीहरूलाई ब्वाँसाहरूका बिचमा भेडाझैँ पठाउँदै छु । यसकारण, सर्पझैँ चनाखो र ढुकुरझैँ सोझो होओ ।
"Look, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be cunning as snakes and innocent as doves.
17 मानिसहरूदेखि होसियार बस! तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई परिषद्हरूमा सुम्पिदिनेछन् र तिनीहरूले आफ्ना सभाघरहरूमा तिमीहरूलाई कोर्रा लगाउनेछन् ।
But beware of people: for they will deliver you up to councils, and in their synagogues they will scourge you.
18 अनि शासकहरू र राजाहरू र अन्यजातिहरूका निम्ति गवाहीको रूपमा मेरो खातिर तिमीहरू तिनीहरूका सामु ल्याइनेछौ ।
Yes, and you will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the nations.
19 जब तिनीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई सुम्पिदिनेछन्, तब तिमीहरूले कसरी वा के बोल्ने भन्ने विषयमा चिन्ता नगर, किनकि तिमीहरूलाई बोल्नुपर्ने कुरा सोही घडी दिइनेछ ।
But when they deliver you over, do not be anxious how or what you will say, for it will be given you in that hour what you will say.
20 किनकि बोल्ने तिमीहरू होइनौ, तर तिमीहरूमा बोल्नुहुने तिमीहरूका पिताका आत्मा हुनुहुन्छ ।
For it is not you who speak, but the Rukha of your Father who speaks in you.
21 दाजुले भाइलाई मृत्युको निम्ति पक्राइदिनेछ, र बुबाले आफ्नो छोरालाई । छोराछोरीहरू आफ्ना बुबा-आमाका विरुद्धमा उठ्नेछन् र मृत्युका निम्ति तिनीहरूलाई सुम्पिदिनेछन् ।
"And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. Children will rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.
22 मेरो नाउँको खतिर तिमीहरू सबैबाट घृणित हुनेछौ । तर जसले अन्तिम घडीसम्म सहन्छ, त्यस व्यक्तिको उद्धार हुनेछ ।
And you will be hated by everyone because of my name, but the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.
23 जब तिनीहरूले यस सहरमा तिमीहरूलाई सताउँछन्, अर्को सहरमा भाग, किनकि साँच्चै म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, मानिसका पुत्र नआउञ्जेलसम्म तिमीहरू इस्राएलका सहरहरू पनि घुमिसकेका हुनेछैनौ ।
But when they persecute you in one city, flee to the other. And if they persecute you in the other, flee to the next. For truly I tell you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israyel before the Son of Man comes.
24 चेला आफ्नो गुरुभन्दा श्रेष्ठ हुँदैन, न त नोकर आफ्नो मालिकभन्दा ठुलो हुन्छ ।
"A disciple is not above the teacher, nor a servant above his lord.
25 चेला आफ्नो गुरु र नोकर आफ्नो मालिकजस्तो हुनु नै उसको निम्ति पर्याप्त हुन्छ । यदि तिनीहरूले घरका मालिकलाई नै बालजिबुल भनेका छन् भने, तिनीहरूले उनका घरानालाई झन् कति बढी बदनाम गर्लान्!
It is enough for the disciple that he be like his teacher, and the servant like his lord. If they have called the master of the house Baelzebub, how much more those of his household.
26 त्यसकारण, तिनीहरूसँग नडराओ, किनकि कुनै कुरा पनि ढाकिएको छैन जुन प्रकट हुनेछैन, र कुनै कुरा पनि लुकाइएको छैन जुन थाहा हुनेछैन ।
Therefore do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed; and hidden that will not be known.
27 जे म तिमीहरूलाई अँध्यारोमा भन्दछु, त्यो उज्यालोमा भनिदेओ र जे तिमीहरूले आफ्नो कानमा मधुर रूपमा सुन्छौ, त्यो घरको धुरीबाट घोषणा गर ।
What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim on the housetops.
28 तिनीहरूसँग नडराओ जसले शरीरलाई मार्दछन्, तर आत्मालाई मार्न सक्दैनन् । बरु, आत्मा र शरीर दुवैलाई नरकमा नष्ट गर्न सक्नुहुनेसँग डराओ । (Geenna g1067)
And do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gihana. (Geenna g1067)
29 के सानो सिक्कामा दुईवटा भङ्गेरा बिक्दैनन् र? तापनि तिमीहरूका पिताको इच्छाविना तीमध्ये एउटा पनि भुइँमा खस्दैन ।
"Are not two sparrows sold for an asarah coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will,
30 तर तिमीहरूका शिरका केशहरू पनि गन्ती भएका छन् ।
but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 नडराओ । तिमीहरू धेरै भङ्गेराभन्दा बढी मूल्यवान् छौ ।
Therefore do not be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.
32 यसकारण, जसले मलाई मानिसहरूका सामुन्ने ग्रहण गर्दछ, म पनि उसलाई स्वर्गमा हुनुहुने मेरा पिताको सामु ग्रहण गर्नेछु ।
Everyone therefore who confesses me before people, him I will also confess before my Father who is in heaven.
33 तर जसले मानिसहरूका सामुन्ने मलाई इन्कार गर्दछ, म पनि उसलाई स्वर्गमा हुनुहुने मेरा पिताको सामु इन्कार गर्नेछु ।
But whoever denies me before people, him I will also deny before my Father who is in heaven.
34 म पृथ्वीमा शान्ति ल्याउन आएँ भनी विचार नगर । म शान्ति ल्याउन होइन, तर तरवार चलाउन आएँ ।
"Do not think that I came to send peace on the earth. I did not come to send peace, but a sword.
35 किनकि म मानिसलाई उसको पिताको विरुद्ध र छोरीलाई उसकी आमाको विरुद्ध र बुहारीलाई उसकी सासूको विरुद्ध गराउन आएँ ।
For I came to set a man at odds against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
36 मानिसका शत्रुहरू उसको आफ्नै घरानाभित्रका हुनेछन् ।
And a person's foes will be those of his own household.
37 जसले मलाई भन्दा आफ्नो बुबा वा आमालाई प्रेम गर्छ, त्यो मेरो निम्ति योग्यको हुँदैन । र जसले आफ्नो छोरा वा छोरीलाई मलाई भन्दा बढी प्रेम गर्छ, ऊ मेरो निम्ति योग्यको हुँदैन ।
Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38 जसले आफ्नो क्रुस उठाएर मेरो पछि लाग्दैन, ऊ मेरो निम्ति योग्यको हुँदैन ।
And whoever does not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.
39 जसले आफ्नो जीवन भेट्टाउँछ, उसले त्यो गुमाउनेछ । तर जसले मेरो खतिर आफ्नो जीवन गुमाउँछ, उसले जीवन पाउनेछ ।
Whoever seeks his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
40 जसले तिमीहरूलाई स्वागत गर्दछ, उसले मलाई स्वागत गर्दछ र जसले मलाई स्वागत गर्दछ, उसले मलाई पठाउनुहुनेलाई पनि स्वागत गर्दछ ।
Whoever receives you receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me.
41 जसले अगमवक्तालाई तिनी अगमवक्ता भएको कारणले स्वागत गर्दछ, उसले अगमवक्ताको इनाम पाउनेछ । अनि जसले धर्मी मानिसलाई तिनी धर्मी भएको कारणले स्वागत गर्दछ, उसले धर्मी मानिसको इनाम पाउनेछ ।
The one who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and the one who receives a righteous person because he is a righteous person will receive a righteous person's reward.
42 जसले यी सानाहरूमध्ये कसैलाई चेला भएको कारणले एक कचौरा चिसो पानी मात्र पनि पिउन देला, साँच्चै म तिमीहरूलाई भन्दछु, उसले कुनै रीतिले आफ्नो इनाम गुमाउनेछैन् ।
And whoever gives one of these little ones just a cup of cold water to drink because he is a disciple, truly I tell you he will in no way lose his reward."
