اشعیا 4

۱ 1 و در آن روز هفت زن به یک مرد متمسک شده، خواهند گفت: «نان خود را خواهیم خورد و رخت خود را خواهیم پوشید، فقط نام توبر ما خوانده شود و عار ما را بردار.»

Seven women shall take hold of one man in that day, saying, “We will eat our own bread, and wear our own clothing: only let us be called by your name. Take away our reproach.”

۲ 2 در آن روز شاخه خداوند زیبا و جلیل ومیوه زمین به جهت ناجیان اسرائیل فخر و زینت خواهد بود.

In that day, Adonai’s branch will be beautiful and kavod ·weighty glorious·, and the fruit of the land will be the beauty and excellent for the survivors of Israel [God prevails].

۳ 3 و واقع می‌شود که هرکه در صهیون باقی ماند و هر‌که در اورشلیم ترک شود مقدس خوانده خواهد شد یعنی هرکه در اورشلیم دردفتر حیات مکتوب باشد.

It will happen, that he who is left in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and he who remains in Jerusalem [City of peace], shall be called holy, even everyone who is written among the living in Jerusalem [City of peace];

۴ 4 هنگامی که خداوندچرک دختران صهیون را بشوید و خون اورشلیم را به روح انصاف و روح سوختگی از میانش رفع نماید،

when the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem [City of peace] from within it, by the spirit of mishpat ·justice·, and by the spirit of burning.

۵ 5 خداوند بر جمیع مساکن کوه صهیون وبر محفلهایش ابر و دود در روز و درخشندگی آتش مشتعل در شب خواهد آفرید، زیرا که برتمامی جلال آن پوششی خواهد بود.

Adonai will create over the whole habitation of Mount Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking], and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the kavod ·weighty glory· will be a canopy.

۶ 6 و در وقت روز سایه بانی به جهت سایه از گرما و به جهت ملجاء و پناهگاه از طوفان و باران خواهد بود.

There will be a sukkah ·temporary tent· for a shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a refuge and for a shelter from storm and from rain.
