1 Cantád a Jehová canción nueva: cantád a Jehová toda la tierra.
Sing to the LORD a new song! Sing to the LORD, all the earth.
2 Cantád a Jehová, bendecíd su nombre: anunciád de día en día su salud.
Sing to the LORD! Bless his name! Proclaim his salvation from day to day!
3 Contád en las naciones su gloria: en todos los pueblos sus maravillas.
Declare his glory amongst the nations, his marvellous works amongst all the peoples.
4 Porque grande es Jehová, y muy alabado: terrible sobre todos los dioses.
For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods.
5 Porque todos los dioses de los pueblos son ídolos: mas Jehová hizo los cielos.
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the LORD made the heavens.
6 Alabanza y gloria está delante de él: fortaleza y gloria está en su santuario.
Honour and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
7 Dad a Jehová, o! familias de los pueblos, dad a Jehová la gloria y la fortaleza.
Ascribe to the LORD, you families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
8 Dad a Jehová la honra de su nombre: tomád presentes, y veníd a sus patios.
Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts.
9 Encorváos a Jehová en la hermosura de su santuario: teméd delante de él toda la tierra.
Worship the LORD in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth.
10 Decíd en las naciones: Jehová reinó, también compuso el mundo, no se meneará: juzgará a los pueblos en justicia.
Say amongst the nations, “The LORD reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.
11 Alégrense los cielos, y regocíjese la tierra: brame la mar y su plenitud.
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness!
12 Regocíjese el campo y todo lo que en él está: entonces exultarán todos los árboles de la breña,
Let the field and all that is in it exult! Then all the trees of the woods shall sing for joy
13 Delante de Jehová que vino: porque vino a juzgar la tierra. Juzgará al mundo con justicia, y a los pueblos con su verdad.
before the LORD; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.
