Romanos 12
1 ASÍ que, hermanos, os ruego por las misericordias de Dios, que presentéis vuestros cuerpos en sacrificio vivo, santo, agradable á Dios, [que es] vuestro racional culto.
I beseche you therfore brethre by ye mercyfulnes of God that ye make youre bodyes aquicke sacrifise holy and acceptable vnto God which is youre resonable seruynge of god.
2 Y no os conforméis á este siglo; mas reformaos por la renovación de vuestro entendimiento, para que experimentéis cuál sea la buena voluntad de Dios, agradable y perfecta. (aiōn g165)
And fassion not youre selves lyke vnto this worlde: But be ye chaunged in youre shape by the renuynge of youre wittes that ye maye fele what thynge that good yt acceptable and perfaycte will of god is. (aiōn g165)
3 Digo pues por la gracia que me es dada, á cada cual que está entre vosotros, que no tenga más alto concepto de sí que el que debe tener, sino que piense de sí con templanza, conforme á la medida de fe que Dios repartió á cada uno.
For I saye (thorowe the grace that vnto me geve is) to every man amonge you that noman esteme of him selfe moare then it becometh him to esteme: but that he discretely iudge of him selfe accordynge as God hath dealte to every man the measure of fayth.
4 Porque de la manera que en un cuerpo tenemos muchos miembros, empero todos los miembros no tienen la misma operación;
As we have many members in one body and all members have not one office:
5 Así muchos somos un cuerpo en Cristo, mas todos miembros los unos de los otros.
so we beynge many are one body in Christ and every man (amoge oure selves) one anothers mebers Seynge
6 De manera que, teniendo diferentes dones según la gracia que nos es dada, si [el de] profecía, [úsese] conforme á la medida de la fe;
that we have dyvers gyftes accordynge to the grace that is geven vnto vs: yf eny man have ye gyft of prophesye let him have it that it be agreynge vnto the fayth.
7 O si ministerio, en servir; ó el que enseña, en doctrina;
Let him that hath an office wayte on his office. Let him that teacheth take hede to his doctrine.
8 El que exhorta, en exhortar; el que reparte, [hágalo] en simplicidad; el que preside, con solicitud; el que hace misericordia, con alegría.
Let him that exhorteth geve attendaunce to his exhortacion. Yf eny man geve let him do it with singlenes. Let him that ruleth do it with diligence. Yf eny man shewe mercy let him do it with cherfulnes.
9 El amor sea sin fingimiento: aborreciendo lo malo, llegándoos á lo bueno;
Let love be wt out dissimulacion. Hate that which is evyll and cleave vnto that which is good.
10 Amándoos los unos á los otros con caridad fraternal; previniéndoos con honra los unos á los otros;
Be kynde one to another with brotherly love. In gevynge honoure goo one before another.
11 En el cuidado no perezosos; ardientes en espíritu; sirviendo al Señor;
Let not yt busynes which ye have in honde be tedious to you. Be fervet in ye sprete. Applye youre selves to ye tyme.
12 Gozosos en la esperanza; sufridos en la tribulación; constantes en la oración;
Reioyce in hope. Be paciet in tribulacion. Continue in prayer.
13 Comunicando á las necesidades de los santos; siguiendo la hospitalidad.
Distribute vnto the necessite of the saynctes and diligently to harboure.
14 Bendecid á los que os persiguen: bendecid, y no maldigáis.
Blesse the which persecute you: blesse but course not.
15 Gozaos con los que se gozan: llorad con los que lloran.
Be mery with the that are mery. Wepe wt them that wepe.
16 Unánimes entre vosotros: no altivos, mas acomodándoos á los humildes. No seáis sabios en vuestra opinión.
Be of lyke affeccion one towardes another. Be not hye mided: but make youreselves equall to the of ye lower sorte. Be not wyse in youre awne opinios.
17 No paguéis á nadie mal por mal; procurad lo bueno delante de todos los hombres.
Recopence to no ma evyll fore evyll. Provyde afore honde thinges honest in ye syght of all men.
18 Si se puede hacer, cuanto está en vosotros, tened paz con todos los hombres.
Yf it be possible howbe it of youre parte have peace with all men.
19 No os venguéis vosotros mismos, amados míos; antes dad lugar á la ira; porque escrito está: Mía es la venganza: yo pagaré, dice el Señor.
Derly beloued avenge not youre selves but geve roume vnto the wrath of God. For it is written: vengeaunce is myne and I will rewarde saith the lorde.
20 Así que, si tu enemigo tuviere hambre, dale de comer; si tuviere sed, dale de beber: que haciendo esto, ascuas de fuego amontonas sobre su cabeza.
Terfore yf thyn enemy honger fede him: yf he thurst geve him drinke. For in so doynge thou shalt heape coles of fyre on his heed:
21 No seas vencido de lo malo; mas vence con el bien el mal.
Be not overcome of evyll: But overcome evyll wt goodnes.
